salmon/shrimp/tofu/chicken breast/steak, 2 cups of vegies, 1 fruit, 1
slice of wheat bread+low fat cream cheese, 10 raw almonds, 8 oz
unsweetened soy milk.
运动,我每天做一个小时的cardio/yoga/strength, 有时候还会走一个小时。

体重:184# (-15#,2.5#/week)
体脂:28.5% (-0.6% from week4)
自然状态下的几个围度
胸围:42"
腰围:37.5" (-1")
上臂围:13"
按照自测的体脂,脂肪总重约是52.4磅,比两周前的55.3磅减少了2.9磅,也就是减重
的6磅里满打满算也只有一半是脂肪。结果令人有些失望。这里面可能有两个原因:一
是第五周减重太快,有4磅,这里面飞版的大牛据说可能主要是水分;二是力量训练的
部位不够全面,哑铃总归是小面积的肌肉练习,正在考虑上P90X中。
另外,为了更好的monitor自己的情况,从这次开始记录下几个围度。尤其是上臂围,
希望由此判断是否减少了肌肉(上臂脂肪相对少些)。
