肥计划。 以前有的时候是和老公赌气， 有的时候是看见瘦瘦的mm很羡慕，并没有仔细
冷静的计划过。 而且每每减掉几磅，就会因为一些情绪的波动又去大吃一顿。
所以这次减肥之前， 做的第一件事情就是列出所有可以影响我情绪的事情， 尽量避免
emotional eating. 然后就是制定具体的锻炼计划， 每天大概1-2个小时，7 days a
week.
第一个星期减掉了7.5lb.
但是今天早上明显感到身体和精神都很疲倦， 虽然勉强还是去了gym, 但完全不想训练
。勉强完成了20分钟的stairmaster, 然后就不行了。咨询了一个fitness trainer, 这
是他给我的建议：
首先， 我over training 了， 至少take one day off a week, no any training,
even yoga.
其次， 我需要调整diet. 这是他给我的list, 姐妹们可以参考一下：
