本周六晚10:00 PM EST，我们医路平安祷告小组的系列Match经验分享祷告会请来三位
新住院医继续与我们一起探讨如何跨进住院医大门。他们当中有的第一次match只拿到
寥寥两三个IV；有的career gap近10年；还有的一直感到自己口语非常薄弱。
朋友，若你有同样的经历或感受，或对将来有忧虑，不妨来听听。我们走的都是同一条
路，都面临同样的困境，在北美艰难地寻求生存和发展。分享之后，我们愿一起为你和
你的家人祷告，因为耶和华所赐的福使人富足，并不加上忧虑（箴言10:22）。愿上帝

record two people's talk. The key point for every applicant is to really
know your strength and weakness, look beyond your YOG, USMLE scores, USCE,
discover the things that make you stand out from your personality or past
experience. Know what the interviewer like and use the key words to catch
his/her eye.

1. 避免出现语法和拼写错误，写完后找native speaker来检查；
2. 篇幅长短：700-800字左右，最好限制在一页左右；
3. 如何写：先把自己想写的东西（句子和段落）罗列出来，先有个大概的东西，过几
天后再看看，可以删掉一些不重要的，假如新想起来的东西，再加入；
4. 找人改，但不要让太多人来看；内容自己把握，仔细考虑如何排序；找美国人来看
，最好找美国MD来给你看；
5. 如何把PS写的很好？通过PS让别人看到一个活生生的人，让别人看到自己的努力过
程，自己的passion，通过举一些小事情来显示自己的优点和特长和闪光点；
6. 不要写成CV，不要简单地罗列自己的事迹；
7. 科研的描述要小心：resident的目标不是科研，而是临床，不要偏离自己的目标，
这和回答面试时的问题“你将来要做什么？”有相似之处；科研要提，但不是重点；
8. 国内的临床经验要提一下，但不要展开写，因为重点是美国的临床经验；
9. 不要再PS中用老套的故事；

来的都是干货啊！！！无论是回答问题的思路还是分享如何为人处世的点点滴滴，都让
人印象深刻，对很多东西的解读让我的理解提高了好几个层次。通过这个讲座，也稍微
悟出了点别的东西，就是
1.硬件条件很重要，但也并不是决定性的，有硬伤，如何通过有细节故事+真实可信的
evidences+
精心编排的表述，怎么把大家看得出来的硬伤说出闪光点，说成一个个励志小故事，这
个需要情商，也需要自己提炼和挖掘。所以，有硬伤的朋友别太气馁，看看往届那些有
硬伤的同学还不是match上了，至少说明自己这种情况还有戏，没有硬伤的同学也不要
太骄傲哦，面试时不好好准备自己的闪光点，也有栽跟头的可能哦~~
2.有些东西是由内而外的散发出来的，同样一句话，不同的人说就会有不同的效果，我
们平时说的气场、气质大概指的就是这种说不清道不明的东西，这个需要平时的修炼和
积淀，对我这样打算明年才申请的同学来说，悟出这一点很重要。面试不单单是说话的
技巧，还能体现一个人综合素质，是否讨人喜欢，这种说不明道不清的东西的确在左右

不需要完美的英语，12个病人，10-12分钟交流，内容很熟悉，目的：得到你想要的信
息，诊断，病人想说的信息问出来；需要病人听得懂（简单的语言，语速不要太快，模
板，避免she/he, hands, tense这种错误，不用复杂的单词，地道，语调，语气：同情
等，不要像背书，脱口而出，跟情景语气等符合），病人的话听得懂（100%注意力，同
时要做笔记），避免彼此的重复，注意病人是否听着费力，不要经常用一种开头或
response，但是仍然要简单
CIS: 听懂病人情绪变化，病人暗示了，一定要接上给response, non-verbal, 打招呼
，眼神，坐得比病人低（病人心理出于劣势，仰视病人，不要站着- 感觉rush，没有足
够的关注），关心，身体前倾。情绪变化很subtle，要察觉到，安抚等。
