现在有AMAZON的TPM电面。准备途中发现跟SDE问的问题不大一样，范围很广。PROJECT
MANAGEMENT,WEBDESIGN等等的不知道从哪开始复习了。

you do not have many backlinks at all.
besides backlinks from mitbbs.com and your webdesign company, there are
less
than 20 backlinks, and some don't have proper anchor text. you should
make
sure to use your keywords in your backlink anchor text.
and get lots relevant and quality backlinks. once you boost that up to
hundreds, I'm sure you'll get ranked #1.
on a last note, I notice your anchor text is mostly "Finite Element
Analysis

help. Here are my question list for start up.
1. Is there any online resources or books providing hand-on
experience for this?
2. Are "CSS, XML", widely adopted by the current webdesign,
what about the IE & Netscape browser compatibility issues?
Is "PHP" a great to learn.
