建议在正式骑车上下班以前先在周末骑几次熟悉路况，再决定你是否能够handle它。
另外几点建议：
1. 戴头盔（必备）；
2. 穿鲜艳的骑行服；
3. 尽量骑直线，避免weave in and out of traffic，不要骑人行道。
总之，安全第一，速度第二。

车架有些边角可以看到些细节，从没有仔细看过碳架 不知道大厂的也是这样吗？
1 车架downtube有个地方有些毛刺，肉眼可见，用手可以明显摸出。
2 前叉一边的dropout不平整。
3 bottom bracket shell走线的地方看起来挺粗糙，有个地方缺了一小块，好像铺的时
候有异物？
看到 JensonUSA的Jamis Xenith Comp Bike 2011 50% $979.99
也是全碳车架，用的是BB30，碳坐垫管
不过是老的shimano 5700 105 10速，
整车还是很漂亮，比nashbar的无图装好看多了，也算是有牌的厂了，真想退了nashbar
换这个了
看了jamis 的宣传册。xenith comp 碳架用的是Mid-modulus T700, 12k weave outer,
不知道nashbar的车架参数是什么。感觉jamis应该车架会更好些。不知道是不是这样。

最初，我想象中的南极是被冰雪掩覆的一马平川净土；它的四面是无尽的大海和浮冰；
憨态可掬的企鹅是极地生灵；梦幻般的寂静、撩人心魂般的神秘。。。。。。后来，在
计划南极行程时，我不仅从TripAdvisor等网站阅读了许多与行程计划相关的信息，也
从与世界地理相关网站查阅到许多与南极地貌相关的知识，得知南极有一座座延绵起伏
、层峦迭嶂的雪山冰川。世界上最大最长的冰川兰伯特冰川（Lambert Glacier）就是
位于南极洲。8年前，我们全家探访新西兰时，曾经攀登过位于南岛的Fox冰川，那是一
段非常难忘的经历。因此，在计划这次南极行程时，攀登雪山冰川是爱好户外活动的我
们必选的南极登陆后的项目。
这次行程，我们有3次登陆攀登雪山冰川的经历，非常喜欢，不仅仅是因为“无限风光
在险峰”，而且享受攀登的过程。3次登陆攀登雪山冰川的地点分别是：
（1）Cuverville Island：是南极洲半岛上最大的Gentoo penguin（学名Pygoscelis
papua，巴布亚企鹅）领地。整座岛被冰雪所覆盖，但在海水冲刷的岸缘，还是可以看

我老人家这次的波马，以彻底崩溃的5：00：16完成，混上了牌牌，穿上了夹克。虽然
成绩很糟糕，但是我老人家在困难的时候收获了家人，同学，跑友和同事们的关心和支
持，同时这次经历让俺对自己的实力和身体有了更深入的了解。就像大使说的，我老人
家收获最大！

natural gut是多股twist起来的，weave cross的时候，拉快了会把twist拉松开，
要拉的很小心。当然最后上了磅数，拉直了是看不出来的，店里拉的粗糙一点你也不知道 |

the record is 9 minutes and it takes 12 on average.
After watching the video, I don't think those pros are doing the stringing
as careful as self-stringers.
No diagonally pulling during the weaving, no straightening cross while
tensioning, no arch pulling when tying the knots.
I remember 2-3 of Isner's racquets got untied during a match in last Indian
wells |

的上边的话，第二根cross要走下边。 如果弄两根棉绳，第二根cross就没法弄了，因
