不过和The Wave比那还是差得远
而且去The Wave也没有传言中那么困难，“很长的unpaved”也就8mi，“hiking很远”
其实也就单程3mi，官方地图上又是图片又是GPS坐标的，找路也不难，除非实在路痴。
难的还是抽permit。

拍摄最好赶上一早一晚，建议赶早上，可以提前一天在那里camping，我就是在
wirepass
trailhead停车场里camping的。早上早点起往里走，你会收到一个等高线的地图，还有
一些照片
告诉你方向，不过我之间走错了2次，虽然大方向没错，但还是耽误了些时间。尤其是
错过了那个
从wirepass trail拐到wave的那个标志，一直走到了wirepass 才发现错过了。因为一
天只有20个
人进去，所以路上也没什么机会碰到别人。路上有些地方是在沙子上走，很费力。
去那里主要看天气了，如果是晴天效果非常好，如果是阴天那就一般了，我去的时候就
是阴天，
颜色不是那么艳丽。
wave很小，如果体力充沛的话可以四处转转，不过看过wave之后看别的也没啥意思了。 |

professor)提过能否拿个master走人,我现在是她手下唯一的学生.她说你的thesis已经
被wave了,只能读完拿博士学位,就算给否了.
可是我还不死心啊,我已经做完一个研究,投了会议,今年春天前打算再投个journal,如

发帖数: 1 | 27 蜡烛图一般的pattern是没有啥用处，一般大家是用它来看短期（比如一个周）的反转
形态的。比如一个股票extended挺久的了，突然出现一个shoot star，那么要回调了的
odds就挺大了。。如果同时还有其它指标配合就更好了，比如RSI，price pattern，
trendline，MA等等。。蜡烛图不过是中间的一个指标罢了。。
关于wave 理论，这只是个经验总结－－人们反过去研究大盘历史，发现有这种pattern存在
，并不是说一定要这样，只是说－－人们的集体行为往往表现出这种pattern，它并不
是个law，而是经验总结。count wave 有很多模糊不清楚的地方，但是－－－当市场是correction的时候，只会是abc 3波，而不会是5波，当5波correction出现的时候，就要小心了，这恐怕不是correction，而是熊市的开头。。
俺觉得抓住重点就好了，发挥它们的长处，而不是机械的去套用它们－－关键在于，记住它
们是经验的总结罢了，而不是个law。 |

至于找不到地方迷路,我很好奇,现在gps这么方便,居然还有人找不到路?
唯一可虑是那里路况比较差,需要高clearance的SUV
如果感恩节没ranger监督,有没有人其他同学想一起走一趟Wave,Page,Sedona?我有gps

同行的都是hiking或摄影爱好者，需要再找一个男生。
要求喜欢户外，可以进行一定hiking, 对野外条件要求不高。有Camping一两晚的可能

Car: 有旅友volunteer开他们自己的车，也许我们不需要租车。如果租车，费用约$60
左右一人；若坐其他旅友的车，酌情付钱，费用低于租车费用。
Gas: around $50/person for the whole trip (based on previous road trip
experiences)
Accommodation:
第一晚因为次日早上9点前要抽签the wave, 我们订了Kanab一间2星Hotel（图一图二）
, 2 queen size beds/room, 包早餐，距离抽签的visitor center走路约5分钟。
$25~50/person depending on how many people per room.
（2 people/room = $50; 4 people/room = $25; tax included）

最近的红潮实际上是由于海水里有一种特别的浮游微藻生物发光造成的
这种微藻对turbulence特别敏感，遇到turbulence就会发出蓝色的荧光
wave braking会产生比较强的turbulence，这种微藻就会随之发光
白天的时候太阳光太强了，生物发光被遮盖住了，所以我们只有晚上能看到蓝色的波浪
越黑的夜晚，蓝光越明显 |

LG 的大，功能多，更漂亮，价钱也更便宜。但有人说LG 东西不持久，如果衣物没放
得好，balance 不好，就会停止spin.
但electrolux有的人complain经常维修。

As for the Wahweap Hoodo, you need a 4wd to get to the pint of trail head

adventure, read along.
Wave is officially called North Coyote Butte. When you don't get permit to
Wave, think about south. South Coyote Butte is as impressive at least and
you will find solitute. There is no trail inside and everything's cross
country. It will take about 5-6 hours to fully explore and take pictures. We
did not have ideal light when we were there. So we did not walk the whole

跟抽中的其他组协商一下，他们的车如果大的话， 可以考虑搭他们的车。
侧风的时候不稳， 所以我们到vegas 租的，从LA到vegas是开自己的车。 租suv,
要租真的suv, 而不是给有中年危机／soccer mum用来遐想自己是牛仔的假suv （比
如honda CRV就是造在普通轿车底盘上的 ）。如果你从lax租 suv往西开，倒是一路上
有给你开 unpaved roads的地方。 推荐mojave preserve和 death valley。
