发帖数: 333 | 1 貌似版上对这个室内的waterpark讨论的不多，所以上来大概流水账的说一说，主要是
大妈大叔们关心的衣食住行玩和娃这些基本层面的问题。
我们这个周末刚去过，独立日周末的价位是一个最普通的家庭间税前290块一晚，别的
时间可能稍微便宜一些。我们是两家人定了一个大点的房间，kids cabin，税前400块
一晚(经版上WuXi同学提醒，微软primecard有折扣，刚查看了一些，是20%off，还是蛮
可观的，最多可以用于4个人)。 有三张小孩床（大人也基本可用，身子别太长别太宽
就行，:P），一张普通双人床，一个双人的沙发床，差不多正好够用。房间不大，有电
视，有冰箱，有微波炉，coffee maker，有一个卫生间，有吹风机，洗浴用品，熨斗以
及板子，基本是旅馆房间设施的标准配置吧。我们住在最高层，视野不错。那儿就是一
个大建筑物，整个建筑的右侧是旅馆，左边是waterpark，占地面积还是挺大的。建筑
的主题当然就是great wolf，到处都是狼的雕塑图片啥的。
waterpark就在左侧一楼(不过是从2楼进入，然后再下一层楼梯)，从房间出来乘电梯到

计划15日去玩kalahari室内waterpark，晚上在baker's sunset resort住，16日去
cascade mountain滑雪，waterpark和滑雪场相差17mile，半个小时车程。
Economy Waterpark Package, $118 per room, double queen size bed, 2 person
per room. Baker's Sunset Bay Resort is offering a 1 night stay and 2 tickets
to Kalahari Resort Waterparks. I think Kalahari is good enough for one day
stay only.

(本人是滑雪菜鸟，去了几次wilmout都在初级区.)
我初步的构想是这样子：
时间有两个选择：
1月1日早上出发，当天waterpark,晚上去Wis Dells Baker's Sunset Bay Resort住，
这个resort可以送两张免费的indoor Kalahari waterpark ticket,我们可以在新年晚上玩牌什么的，然后第二天cascade mountain, 这个时间的话大家还是可以在chicago度过new Year Eve,不过估计第二天早起就很累了。
另一个时间是1月8号出发，其他的都是一样的,主要是考虑new year 很多人不想出门。

如果说保守的德州有这么一个地方,穿着比基尼的PPMM到处走来走去,让你看都看不过来,
你也许还以为我在说笑.不过去过Schlitterbahn Waterpark的虫虫大概都会会心一笑了.
要说今年德州的夏天还真的挺照顾,连上100度的天气都很少.可是当你看到你周围的同事
左一个Hawaii右一个cancun,买买提上的同学左一个横贯右一个环游,而你却一个人坐在公
司里替资本家挥汗傻干的时候,郁闷之情还是油然而起.偶然LP有机会周五放假一天,想来
想去是个绝好的二人世界机会,就和老板告假一天,决定去Schlitterbahn Waterpark玩玩.
Schlitterbahn Waterpark的名气还是很大的,travel channel曾经评它为全美 best

I've done similar promotions like this before with Mt. Olympus and you can
visit their website the day before visiting as well. So, really no need to
plan it way in advance.
Some people only make day trips to Wisconsin Dells and don't need lodging.
You should know that if you choose to stay at any of Mt. Olympus Resorts,
Waterpark tickets are Free anyways. Also children under the ages of 3 are
free with an adult too.

玩完了Master Blaster有些意由未尽,但实在是怕了那排长队的,就又排了一个
Black Knight Turnel Ride.这个快些,大概半个钟的样子就等到了.Master Blaster
滑下来是有上有下的,Black Knight 则是全在黑黑的管子里,左右旋转的更利害一些.
总之还是很过瘾.
这时候肚子有些饿了,就去locker拿来准备好的午餐.Schlitterbahn Waterpark的一个好
处是允许你自己带cooler,所以好多成群结队来的都带了好多cooler和好吃的,占一个桌子
就可以picnic了.我们简单带的sandwitch,salad和水果吃的也开心.如果你要在园子里买
午餐和饮料,要多少有些心理准备,因为他的价钱至少要比外面贵一倍,而且好不好吃 |

两人决定今天抛开小子，请一天假，去Waterpark玩。小子，爹地妈咪就自个行乐去喽！
一早把小子送到daycare. 就开始了两人世界。先去Ralphs买了票票，就出发了。到那一
看，幸亏带了游泳衣，换上换上。两人先考察一番，看到一个高空Slider还不算太可怕。
还有一个游泳圈护驾，就先它了。可见我们都是胆小鬼。嘻嘻。转了三个多小时，除了一
个没玩，看着太可怕，都玩遍了。在等Rafting时，两人都趴的要死，互相安慰。下去倒
是很快，没来的急害怕就下去了。两人觉得一年有这么一次单独行动，很好。要发扬光大
。后遗症是防晒霜没涂好，都Sun Burn拉。
感觉现在和以前最大的不同是，一切以Safety为第一，老爸老妈出点啥事，小子就不好办
了 |
