呵呵，其实没有什么大的动作，就是几个月前换
了differential，transfer case，manual tranny
的油，上个月修了修前后body的锈，然后就是弄
了一个home-made water temp gauge。:P
换油啊什么的，TTBJ已经写过了，很简单，反正
偶们家的Jeep高，躺在地下，轻松搞定。唯一要
说的就是一定要弄一个超级长的塑料管（5/8 ID），
偶的那根只有2 ft，在外面勉强刚刚够到，做得
很痛苦，下次要买一个4-6 ft的。另外，需要几
个特大号的socket，偶的HF那一套，只到28mm。
大部分都够了，但是有一个30mm的没有，、又懒得
到autozone去租，就到隔壁的garage借了一个。
修body的过程前面偶写过了，比较折腾，效果一般。
反正不锈，不漏水最重要。现在1米以外看不出来，
偶就满意了。呵呵。
最后就是那个home-made water temp gauge了。买
车的时候，就发现Jeep的水温表的指针没有了，光
秃秃的。不知道温度开起来还是很担心的，试车的
时候，都有点没底。反复 |

话, 说发现water pump leak, 建议换掉, 收费$620. 我说数目不小, 我要征求second
opinion, 结果dealer立刻说, 给你个折扣吧, $500...我说你先别动...
请问dealer可能骗人么? 好像dealer这样敲诈是常见的吧?
另外, 如果原来pump没有坏, dealer会不会因为现在骑虎难下而故意把pump弄坏呢?
上网查了一下, 据说water pump漏了通常会有漏气的声音, 我的车好像还没有.
往大了说, 感觉目前dealer的这种经营方式明显有conflict of interest, 不知道有没
有制度可以彻底杜绝. |

最近从右前轮内侧漏coolant，同时有"咕隆咕隆"的噪音。
自己诊断了一把，应该是从water pump漏出来的。
打算把water pump换了，顺手连生锈的pump inlet tube和serpentine belt也换掉。
谁干过，有什么困难的地方需要注意吗？ |

今天咨询了一圈价格，dealer要价1299，还是便宜了300之后。一般的mechanic shop差
不多900左右，用的是OEM的parts。
换的东西包括：timing belt, water pump, Timing Belt Tensioner, and change the
coolant.
大家换timing belt都这么贵吗？ （parts 近400，labor近500） |

动机里，和机油混在一起，导致温度降不下来。我同事每天开的不多，居然很久才发现
问题。她那辆车因为water pump和head gasket都被说漏，是不是和你的车同样病情呢 |

虽然只试了这一种，
但是因为这个过程实际上是菌种发酵过程，
而这个过程消耗蔗糖，
所以选择了这种平时觉得有些腻的甜度较高的果汁。
结果比较下来，
有water kefir的果汁像sparkling cider那样，有些fizzy；
同样闻的话，有更隐隐的酒香带动的果汁香。
为了比较口感，开了瓶sparkling cider，
还是water kefir产生的泡泡质地细腻，无杂味。
sparkling cider里，尾味有些些涩味，
用普通果汁作，一天就能价值翻翻。
经济帐是这么算的，一瓶果汁1.99刀，64OZ，
