商的合同和一般买二手房的合同不一样，里面诸多限制，而且基本上没有更改的可能。
你能砍价的空间也不大。
你列的这些小区，学区最好的应该是bellemont at cary park。waterford estate、
evans farm、cameron pond这四家学区一样，都比较一般，cameron pond那种机场+高
速的双重噪音区可以不用考虑了；Amberly的地超级小，房子很挤，估计你也不会想要了。
hilliard forest比那四家略好一些，但是价格比waterford estate贵一万左右。 |

学区的，park和trail那里是cheatham小学。trail那里貌似啥公共设施都没有。还有
grand home这个builder怎么样？我的agent说一般。可是我在city－data这个论坛上看
，好多人说起grandhome，那是简直就不能买，说会掉转啊啥的。不过我看到的10年左
右的房子状态还不错啊。grandhome的房子确实是均价便宜。

这三个小区的学区，小学一般，中学还可以。我只是冲着地点离公司近这个好处去看的
。Evans Farm二十八九万起吧，三十万足够；Waterford Estates和Cameron Pond都是
差不多三十五万朝上。不推荐Cameron Pond，虽然不在机场噪音区，但是你去了会发现
飞机还是很吵的。另外还有人跟我推荐过Hillard Forest，跟Waterford Estates是同
一个builder，都是Ryan Homes，价格比后者贵一两万，但小学学区好。
这附近的builder，口碑最好的是David Weekly，很多人都跟我们推荐过他家。可惜他
们现在盖的新房离RTP太远，一个在北Raleigh，一个在Holly Springs，我就不想去看
了；如果你上班在那附近，倒是不妨考虑他们。 |

harkness state park,旁边还有waterford beach park, new london downtown 没有什
么好吃的中餐馆， 可以开车去uncasville 的金冠（快到赌场32路上的7/11旁边）, 或

Quil Run距离新建的Walmart太近了，不建议买。大家都说不利于未来房价

Cumberland Crossing 一期好像快要卖没了。二期快要开始了。By the way, 跟

I guess you like Waterford Parks, and there are about 6-8 Chinese
families moving in since 2009.
Right now the residents there are NOT worrying about industry/technology
zoning. They have more important cause to pursue.
Allen City has plan to extend Bray Central to the service road of 121.
And the community is fighting against it. They want to limit the access
from outside to Waterford Parks |

And initially there was a plan to build 老年公寓 at where Cheathem is
located.
But the residents in Waterford Parks protested and made the City officials
change the plan. Instead Cheatham school was built there. I don't know why
elementary school is better than 老年公寓,
"老罗你不太建议 waterford parks？" No, I didnt say that. you will make your
best decision.
They dont like geeting the north end of Bray Central connected to the
SERVICE ROAD of 121.

支持后，最近又出现了一个由康州公共卫生委员提出的医疗数据采集法案 SB465，要求
为减少卫生保健系统差距收集分享人口数据。加州细分法案AB1726在加州华人艰苦抗争
后最终打着医疗细分的旗号通过，麻州被堵截的细分法案H3361支持者也频频以医疗研
究为借口。这只是细分方力图以医疗数据研究为突破口逐步推动细分，我们不能被其迷
惑掉以轻心。SB465 听证会迫在眉睫，将于本周五11点在300 Capitol Ave, Hartford
进行。请提交反对证词，尤其是关于医疗方面的反细分证词给 [email protected]
gov 反对SB465。
一起回顾下上周康州支持SB359法案听证会的现场。希望周五的听证会康州华人继续不
卑不亢表现，有理有据陈诉。
上周五，美国康涅狄格州的新闻媒体报道了亚裔采取行动，支持立法禁止在学校细分亚
裔。
根据报道，3月7日，也就是上周四，一千多名亚裔，大部分是华人，在康州哈特福德的
立法大楼集会，支持一项法案通过。这项法案禁止把康州公立学校的学生按族群细分，

发帖数: 91 | 50 一辆CPO的车，看carfax，是lease的车，车主总是去同一家dealer做maintainance，
但是只有第一次有换机油记录，后面都没有，只有tire rotation记录。问dealer（不
是换油那家dealer），dealer说当然换了，不可能只做rotation不换油的，肯定是
technician忘写了。但是第一次换油的确有记录，而后来两次都没有，难道technician
都忘了？这个是不是因为是lease的车，车主也不想好好维护，就没去换？请大家给帮
忙看看。谢谢了。
