It is a 2 bedroom unit in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood, with 1
bathroom, 1 separate washbasin room, large living room, kitchen, washer and
dryer, 2nd floor, face to south.
It takes about 10-15min to get to Purdue campus by 1B or 3B bus. Very close
to the bus station and Wal-Mart.

两个bedroom share一个bathroom，但是有half bathroom在外面（洗手台跟镜子），所
以一般不会发生抢卫生间的状况。bedroom 有一整面墙的closet， 衣服应该都够放。
整个bedroom是有地毯的. Living room有桌子，椅子，冰箱。kitchen有一切厨房用具
，咖啡机+微波炉+烤箱+锅碗瓢盆都有。
Location:
brownstone由于地理位置超级好，性价比超高，基本都知道房子有多抢手。
在lily上课的同学，出门右拐，过两个block就到了，3分钟可以到lily。
爱吃肉的同学，出门左拐，走2分钟可以到willy dining court。
爱运动的同学，出门左拐，走4分钟可以到RSC。
Parking:
只要有美国驾照，brownstone是offer 免费停车位的（露天），只要去PRF登记停车证
就好啦。了解的同学都知道BS的停车位比A趴还方便!!!
Rate:
$425/month 每年6月跟7月由于是summer所以只要$100/month。
