2010年base 2.5 L AWD， 最后和floor manager谈到价格如下：
Sale price： 20,947

Floor manager 是一老美，在桌上拿起计算器有模有样的一通按键， 最后告诉我 OTD
价格23,671。 当时我没有怀疑其中有诈， 因为看他在我对面拿计算器一笔一笔算的。
后来接着谈， 前后半小时，我提出不要clothe seat ， 要heated leather seat， 对
方报出OTD价格24,371， 我一口咬定22000， 同意就make deal， 否则走人。这是
floor manager 拂袖走人，留下小黑sales man 和我谈，小黑问我能否加多加500，这
样可以成交，我毫不犹豫的说No。小黑无奈去找floor manager，10分钟之后两人一起

extended warranty 我以前買過原廠, 但未 claim 過. 買的時候研究過，基本上大多數
3rd party 的 = 騙錢的
原廠的貴, 加上大多數人不需要 claim 它. 有用性非常有限. but at least if you do need
to claim it, it's there and valid. unlike 3rd party warranty you'll almost
never get your money back if you file a claim. |

发帖数: 906 | 41 已经过了保修期的用了4年的sony v505本本一切都好用，就是风扇转得越来越不灵光。
于是几个星期以前挑了家公司送去维修。可最近被告知可能由于主板的问题，机器已
经不能正常启动，就算将原风扇换回来也一样。他们的逻辑是主板用的太久了，在
多次的冷热循环及风扇效率不够导致的焊锡潜在的松动及主板过热，导致主板fail；反
正不是他们维修的错。但我不是太能接受他们的解释，
第一点，既然他们决定修，那他们就应该承担这种维修的风险。一旦他们动了机器，这
种契约关系就已经成立。并且他们已经知道风扇有问题，就应该知道有过热的问题，应
而应该对各个线路板非常小心。至于免责协议，由于当时觉得换个风扇一点小事，没觉
得会出问题，他们在获得我同意维修的时候也没有问起免责的事，所以是没有的。只是
他们的网站上有这么一段话，Our No-Risk Guarantee When you choose ××××,
