complied with the allowable cumulative direct cost limitations for this FOA
. Otherwise, your application may be delayed and rejected in the review

我申请的是R21，最多资助35万。我第一次申请，不太懂，当时用的是R&R格式，budget
除了friege benefit没有填外，direct cost的预算做到32万，没有顶到资助的最大值
。但是，到了系里专门负责grant申请的人那里，她帮我改成了modular budget的，
period 1和2的 direct cost都做到了17.5万。当时大老板没有提出异议，我在忙其他
事情，看到budget做到这么高，想是否会有risk,但因为我没有经验，也就没有说什么。
今天跑过去问她这个问题严重么，她说这个normal。不知道版上有经验的faculty有没 |

Just called the number and tried every option.
There are no live person at all. No possibility to get help, that means, if
they do not refund, you will get NOBODY to ask.
The concern is if I cancel the membership, the orders I have placed will be

收到卡在网上激活之后就尝试把在staples买的MASTERCARD load到账户里去
不过在网上加了卡之后转了两次都不成功
显示bluebird的卡没有激活
还没来得急打电话激活就收到了两封warning的邮件
请问这该怎么处理？
打电话告诉他看到买的卡上有debit的标志就觉得可以冲了么
还是？？

就要limit，blablabla。。。问题是我从来不withdraw，都是用debit card消费用掉的
，付房租，平时消费。然后打电话给paypal，竟然跟我说这么用debit card也不行。。
。。。
现在想来用两种可能原因：1）可能是前两天在ebay上买了giftcardmall打折的sears卡
触发的，当时付款的时候没有credit card选项，只有paypal付款，就用了 2）最近貌
似mycash card升级成新版的了，充过新版的一张，不知道有没有关系。
现在都不知道还能不能继续用了。。。。 |

找找公司内交情不错的同事，拿到他们的联系方式，以后做reference时用。不要再想
继续留下来的可能性了，warning已给，等于是赶你走了。如果你觉得可以忍受，那你
就拖着，同时全副精力找工作，否则就直接辞职不干。如果你没有错的话，你应该为自
己fight，没有必要为了一份小小的工作委曲求全。而且找下份工作时，你可以直接说
自己QUIT了，总比说‘被辞掉’好听。至于公司reference，HR只能提供你的
employment start and end date和salary, 他们不敢提供任何别的情况，否则是
illegal。所以你不用担心辞职对你找工作的影响，只要想好怎么解释辞职的原因就好
了。
