发帖数: 917 | 1 东西因为是warehouse 清仓，所以比较便宜。但是时运不济，买到的产品的condition
错了，电脑说明和receipt都说是new，但是拿回家发现那个电脑是被人用过的，箱子
seal断了，里面电池提前被plug in到电脑上了，直接进入系统，看了一下c盘的文件，
应该是10月14号被用过。
这种情况怎么办，receipt上面说是all sales are final，其实电脑本身可能也没什么
问题，关键是觉得非常不爽，能找他换个新的（正确的产品），或者要求给点补偿什么
的，还是退款？有无可能？

). The price is relative cheap - $600 + tax for a Simmons Beautyrest king
set. But this place sell all the products as is. No warranty. All sales are
final. No refund or exchange. They do not deliver, you need to rent a truck
or van to take it back to your home. So far, we are happy with our mattress
set.

发帖数: 103 | 7 啊，那个不是结业甩买，他们一直在Craigslist上做广告，我们去看过的。这两人一人
负责KS,一人负责MO，MO那边不清楚，KS这边就是在Olathe租了个Storage，你要去看就
给他打电话，他就约你在那个Storage门口见面，你就到那个小Storage room里面去看
，躺上去试。那个小Storage room可以平放大概5张queen size的床，他的样品>5，所
以还得把mattress换来换去的。他在Craigslist上提到的都是最便宜的一档价格，我们
试过后是肯定不会买他最便宜的那一档的。感觉还可以的也得六七百了。况且他那个牌
子恕我孤陋寡闻，偶没听说过，虽然他告诉我们是美国前十的mattress厂家。据他讲MO
那边是仓库，货和样品要更多一些，但我们没去看。
偶比较迷信自己还知道的品牌，所以最后是在Shawnee World of Sleep买的。他们也是
warehouse sell，但有个店面，仓库比较大。我们买的那天，在那看到有6、7个hold在
那里的mattree set，因为我们自己也是要把mattree set放在那里hold几天的。
