发帖数: 1038 | 1 NHL的赛程安排是分区内打6场，本区内的其他球队打4场，这样算下来就是6*4+4*10=64
场比赛了，然后和两外一个区的球队打一场，抽取三支球队个打一场，总共82场比赛。
这样下来打Stanley杯的东西区冠军一年最多碰两次面，多数情况就打一场比赛，所以
偶然性非常大，也就更不可预测。这样的赛程安排就催生了NHL所谓的宿敌。比如目前
正在决的东区冠军就是所谓的”battle of Hudson river”，大家都戏称有个Hudson
rule就是比较激烈对抗，搞笑得是第四场的时候nyr和njd的主教练在那里对骂。
西区king近了总决赛，最不高兴的应该是shark了，这两个队也是宿敌，一个北加一个
南加。而且今年的king的最后三场比赛，两场碰到shark，结果都输了，如果不是
Dallas掉链子，king 根本就进不了季候赛。呀的竖子成名啊！king今年估计会夺冠了
。这里不得不说一个著名的Curse “Curse of Marty McSorley” 也就是说在93年的

Activision距履约支付巨额提成只有数星期之时便终止了他们与公司的雇佣关系。
Jason West和Vince Zampella控告Activision拒不履行双方约定，蓄意践踏加州最基本
的雇佣条款，即雇主必须向雇员支付应得的报酬。
“ 非但没有谢意，褒奖，连最起码的支付酬劳都没做到，这可是Activision史上最成
功的娱乐作品。公司上个月还雇佣律师进行所谓的内部调查，然后以含糊不清的‘犯上

发帖数: 3616 | 12 不清楚究竟是否能用lens cleaner liquid，理论上应该是可以的，因为清洁镜头的液
体通常也不容易留下残留。但不建议用lens cloth，无论是清洁sensor专用的果冻笔还
是wet clean用的ward很重要的两点：
第一点是与sensor基本同宽，这样朝同一个方向刷，能每次覆盖整个sensor，尤其是角
落的地方。如此才能保证不会因多次擦不重合而留下痕迹。
第二点是ward够软，以及本身无尘。
这两点用lens cloth包stick都挺难做到的。不如买个套装省事。
至于胶带粘什么的，原理类似果冻笔，但其实本质上是一种粗暴的dry clean。一来无
法真正像wet clean那样清除油渍。二来容易留下残留，尤其是当胶带比sensor窄不少
，要多次粘贴才能覆盖
整个面积时。

For forward screening, you can do crosslinking and pulldown of candidate
proteins, and then send the products for mass spec
For back-ward screenings, you can use random KO library (usually with yeast)
to select the clones that are resistant to your ligand (with proper
screening assay), and then figure out what gene is required for the signal
pathway.
Either way it is not a small work

的样品。
女博士渐渐发现了问题，开始还以为是自己犯了错误，采取了一些措施防止出错，
甚至拿到未婚夫的实验室去做，总是有各种各样的问题。怀疑有人破坏，说给朋友，导
师，学校相关部门听，都劝她是不是自己多虑了，甚至认为是她自己工作不顺利，试图
归结于其他原因。
直到出现media上被洒酒精，并且接二连三的发生，终于正式由警方介入。女博士
被审问两次，测谎一次，才给实验室安装了两个摄像头，并且非常震惊（对于他们，对
于我肯定是理所当然）的发现实验室新来的，“和蔼可亲，友好，健谈”的印度博后
Vipul Bhrigu从冰柜中取出自己的样品，然后拿起擦桌子消毒用的酒精spray往里面一
阵乱喷。
庭审判了8.8K的罚款和6个月probation,40小时社区服务，给实验室设备、研究进
