much better than VPS with 512RAM. There is cheap dedicated server in the
price range of <50 per month. For example: http://servers.aplus.net/dedicated/single-core/celeron-1.7-ghz.html
I tested virtual machine performance at my home before on a very good server
. I was disappointed with the performance even though I only put two virtual
server on it. It even perform worse than my 8 years old machine.

注册域名，有一些公司可以用，比如，godaddy, mydomain, dotstar等。也就9块钱一年
空间服务器，建议用shared hosting plan. 静态主页，很便宜的，一个月几块钱即可。
建议从小做起，不要上来就化大钱。如果将来网站发展了，再转移到vps或者dedicated
server. |

website, 80% uptime, then I changed to ipower.com, 30 days trial, it is
working 99%, but in the last 4 days, 80% uptime happen again, I called
technical, they asked me to optimized the databse, then it return to 99%
again, do not know how long it will last
If website unstable, maybe I will try vps/vds.
I have checked ipower.com and powweb.com, they are sister company, but
powweb host 10000 domains on one ip and ipower host 8 |

既然你什么都不懂，选择managed dedicated server，一个月要200~300至少。低于200
/mo的managed dedicated server肯定服务跟不上
如果懂一点，可以选择vps
如果很懂，选择self-managed dedicated server,一个月100~200
需求太宽泛，说了等于没说 |

matter of 15 minutes. My host provider can have 2 free reboot per month.
Advanced server have this feature, but I only purchased 1k-2k$ server. Too
cheap to have such function. |
