然后我assume这个offer已经load到我的vons卡上了，今天去拿了尿布和冰淇淋，总价
有80+。可是结帐的时候显示加税才79，所以税前应该没到75.我猜是不是just4u上面有
些offer。结果自然是没有减掉50.我问小二，他说尿布不算grocery。
没搞过vons的deal，彻底晕菜。小二说的对不对？什么才算grocery？ |

天也没跟它给的4%那项对上。新出的账单是4月中到5月中吧，然后我把上个账单有4月
的也算上，还是不对。
我也弄不明白chase的点数具体怎么算的，但也差的不太多，大概几十点对不上。
所以来这里请教有经验的朋友，vons到底算不算作chase的grocery啊？
btw：我能确定vons算作discover的grocery，5月discover给5%。我自己算过了，出的
账单没有问题 |

products (any size). 以我以往的经验，可以和一般的非Vons打印的厂家胖子还有奶
票合用。

for Von Willebrand factor. 做了好多次都没有成功.要么根本没有染色,要么提高抗
体浓度后几种不同细胞都被染色而且荧光强度在显微镜照片上根本看不出任何差别,估
计是nonspecific binding of 2nd Ab. 我一直怀疑是primary antibody 的问题.有没
有人曾经做过类似的实验用Von Willebrand factor antibody for Bovine Aotic
endothelial cell. 能不能告诉我你用那个公司的Von Willebrand factor antibody.

分化染色的，negative 和positive的都是阳性。

实验员说不能用distilled water, 因为钙会溶解在里面？？
