顿然后8点半九点上床睡，凌晨四点多迷迷糊糊的吃一点，然后就到9点了（偶而有两天
可以一直睡到早上七八点）。这样等于一晚上睡了12小时多只吃1顿半，很明显的每天奶
量就下去了。。本来每天吃7次23-25oz的，现在基本是6次，只有20-21oz...俺们有点担
心这样会不会吃得太少了。。大家觉得这么大的bb吃这点够不够呀？她6周和10周去看医
生体重倒是都还好 都是75%
另外，上周丫丫剧烈的vomit过几次，一般都是傍晚睡觉前，把吃得差不多都吐出来了。
。bb也有一点点发绿发粘。医生怀疑是virus但是觉得不需要治疗自己会好。于是我们白
天喂奶也不是很敢强迫她吃，怕喷奶。有时候能吃4oz多，有时候只吃不到3oz. |

发帖数: 10001 | 2 sigh, 好羡慕. 我们宝宝肠胃太弱了，四个多月的时候看他对食物那么有热情，加
点米糊糊给他吃着玩，结果就吃坏了，只好停了，剩下多半罐浪费掉. 现在觉得他
马上要满六个月了，想再加起来，结果可能又太激进了，第一天上午加了1 tablespoon,
下午喂奶就vomit两次spit一次，基本就把喂的奶全数吐出来，只好再停几天.
六个月可以开始加蔬菜和水果了，你们宝宝吃的好的话，可以试试开始加起来了吧.

能是吃了细菌了，那两天就的确要非常注意洗手，尤其是吐奶和换尿布之后，谨防

的rf已被她吸得像两只空布袋。于是先尝试了我早上pump出的奶，就是不肯吃，摇头，
用舌头往外推奶瓶的奶头。老公又兑了S家的奶粉，人家根本不买账。后来没了耐心，
大哭。最害怕她动来动去—会吐奶。只好把相对重一点的rf塞在她嘴里。立刻，她就不
停地吸。
抱着妹妹，听着她一直吧嗒吧嗒的吸吮声，眼泪忍不住就掉了下来。女儿对我抱着无比
的希望和信任，可我却甚至连最基本的食物也无法满足她。

妹妹不要自责，很多时候都是我们想象的孩子不够吃哭。什么都跟自己做的不好联系起
来。做妈妈的就要心态特别壮，你觉得孩子是空嚼的，累了睡着了，其实应该是她零零
星星吃了不少然后睡了。妹妹在孩子睡的时候就琢磨自己怎么睡怎么吃好产奶就行了，
不要把时间花在自责让自己难过上。

当时我们从宝宝2周忍到了宝宝8周开始有好转的迹象。宝宝大概9-10周
就很少为REFLUX哭了。 REFLUX哭起来真恐怖啊。有时候连续12小时里面就
睡一两个10-20分钟的小觉，其他时候就是哭啊哭啊哭啊啊。。。我和LD被
折磨的体无完肤啊！ 还好，现在不REFLUX了。。。

treatment了,如果没有nebulizer,有的娃也可以用albuterol inhaler pump connected
with spacer with mask.
Q4-6H as needed for persistent cough, SOB, or wheezing.
如果很严重,给了一次后不管用的话,20分钟后可以再给一次,如果还不管用,直接去ER吧

怀孕时听了太多太多周边同事同学的产经，非常的两极化，要不然是非常艰难的多少小
时，最后顺转剖，要不就是到医院3-4个小时一切搞定，麻药都来不及上，最夸张的还
有生在车里的。当时就一直想着，自己要求不高，差不多就行：）后来发现果然如此，
不算太轻松，但还算顺利。另外一个体会就是之前太多的准备都是为了缓解宫缩，对
Push的准备太少了，所以整整push了3个小时，还险些vaccum甚至剖。
我的生产timeline:
37周产检：未开指，50%软化
38周产检：未开指，50%软化
39周产检：开一点点，OB协助开指；当天下午有褐色分泌物，第二天mucus plug掉了
40周产检(40w+1)：开1指；OB再次帮忙开指；主动要求走了胎心监护和b超，胎心正常
，有感觉不到的假性宫缩；b超估计宝宝大小6磅多。当天下午又有褐色分泌物。
40w+2：
- 凌晨:1:30点上床睡觉，第一次感觉到有点Painful的后腰疼，疑似宫缩。
- 白天：早中晚三顿和老公出去遛弯；一直有宫缩，但是无论强度和频率都没有加强，
