有两个offer，salary一样， IT， 没有身份问题
一个是著名的entertainment公司，招人比较挑，但都是很smart的人，面试都过了，
给了verbal offer
另一个是在healthcare industry， 小公司， 公司还没有401k match， 但是有4weeks
的假期， bonus加raise可能有10%左右
做的东西，大公司主要是in house的applications, 做的东西可能出了公司就没人知道了
小公司做的东西对online的用户还是有一定影响的，据称是high volumn web sites,
应该对resume有一定的帮助。
刚才跟小公司的CFO通了电话，问了一下还是Private，再问有没有stock option/units
,说可以考虑考虑

arr[mid]。
第二题，
设立一个count.初始值为1.
设立一个初始值iter为arr[0]。
然后遍历数组，当遇到同样的数字的时候count++,否则count--
当count为0的时候，重置count为1。iter为当前遍历到的值。遍历完署组织后，iter就
是要返回的数。
第三题，其实和第二题做法类似，但是只需要遍历10%的数组长度（假设知道数组长度
）即可（个人猜想）。理由和第二题类似。
第四题，我不是很明白can not measure the volumn是啥意思。我的猜想是取一定量（
譬如10升）的水（和鱼一起）。看看10升水里面有多少鱼。然后把水抽干。看看总水量
，得到鱼的数目。

围是(6.3- 10.1 fL)； 还有就是 Atyp Lymph（非典型单核细胞)偏高， 4， 正常范围

医生让我再做了一次血检， 第二次结果是别的正常， 但是MPV(血小板平均体积)还是
偏高，11.0, 正常范围是(6.3- 10.1 fL).
体检医生建议我去看hematologist, 进一步检查。请问我有没有问题， 需要进一步检

heterogeneous nodule with mild internal vascularity in the mid pole is 1.2
x 1.4 . 1.9 cm.
The left lobe measures 8.2 x 2.2 x 1.4 cm, volumn 13cc. Well-circumscribed
hypoechoic nodule without internal vascularity in the mid pole is 0.4 x 0.6
x 0.8 cm.

超过某个level等等.不过缺少volumn信息,report暂时也无法定制.就当随便玩儿玩儿吧.

Did hearing test today and failed again for both ears. According to the
audiologist, the maximal responsive volumn of my son is 35db, which is over
the normal value( should be less than 15). It is a mild hearing loss.
Next step will be seeing a specialist(ENT),then a kidney scan(exclude some
congenital syndromes). May need hearing aids in three months..
Quantification of hearing loss
Mild:
for adults: between 27 and 40 dB
for children: between 20 and 40 dB
Moderate: between 41 and 55 dB
