University will play every Sunday. If you want to play high level volleyball
, you have to join Urban league in New York City. About 300 teams will play
in this league and you can search their information from their web. By the
way, I am from Nankai and I play volleyball too. |

After our discussion, we made some changes.
1. In order to show our appreciation to Ms Zhou XiaoLan’s dedication to
American Chinese Volleyball, we want to name the champion cup to Zhou
XiaoLan.
2.Co-ed division change: we hope to get female player to play. We changed
the rule allowing at least two females on the court.
3. Fee: The registration fee will be $140. After registration deadline, an
extra $50 late fee will be added.

the chinese volleyball
level in North American and best amateur/college level in mainland china.
But MD CYC team are just ranked in the middle of the top teams of chinese
youth volleyball teams.
DC six pak is the best. But they normally will play in nationals during
memorial days. |

make it a weekly event. Our 1st gathering will be this coming Sunday. I took
a tour of a few places suggested by a few people, and decide that we will

very good for float serve. If you can jump well in the sand, you'll find
yourself jumping better indoors after playing a summer of sand volleyball.
You can dive all you want on the sand, or on grass, if you're afraid to do
that indoors.
You will wear sunglasses outdoors, not indoor. |

DC Daggers华人排球队新赛季、新集训即将开始，招募新队员
DC Daggers是一支由居住在大华府和巴尔的摩地区的中国人组成的排球队, 目前有成员
十多人。
我们不间断地参加每周三晚上在Volleyball House,(Ekridge, MD）进行的锦标赛，和
由中国专业排球教练指导下进行的每周六上午4小时的技能训练。
目前固定参加训练和比赛的人数为10人。通过半专业化的训练和比赛，球队水平进步很
快，锦标赛积分和名次稳步提高。
新赛季已经开始，现在招募新成员参加训练和比赛。欢迎各个层次和水平的排球爱好者
加入。

problems. Actually a friend of mine got knee injury from playing volleyball,
the doctor advised him to run in order to strengthen knee muscles, so he
stopped playing volleyball and became a marathon runner. |
