1.相同ID内，如果count=1 and c="no", 我就保留这样的record，但是不删除id=1的时
候。
2.比方说id=10133，我要删掉，因为x=vnum。id=10097，保留，因为count=1的时候，c
等于no，或者说x不等于vnum。谢谢
