1.你做过什么project？
2.你会什么技术？学过什么相关课程？
然后再问具体的技术问题去verify...
如果你自学的话，那么首先你很难有项目的经验，其次，仅仅会编程语言是不够。其实
我到是觉得数据结构比较好自学。
我也是EE转CS的。其实EE也有EE的优势，首先是硬件方面学的更多，尤其是VLSI之类硬
件编程都沾边的东西。。。还有EE也会学网络方面的课，感觉网络安全和network
programming,尤其是window programming和UNIX kernel programming很重要，这些EE
应该很熟悉才对。。。
感觉面试也像testing一样，valid和verify |

好好复习basic... 我昨天的onsite考basic的很多. 多复习复习VLSI Design的书. 简
历上尽量写详细点, 列上重要的reference. 如果还没多毕业,可以考虑先找internship
. 还有就是不知道不要紧张, 尽量问hint. |

工作，连面试都没有一个。因为我曾经在读另外一个专业的时候把OPT用了，现在也不
能再申请了OPT。幸好LG有H1，所以毕业后只有先转成H4。但是想尽量延长H1身份的时
间。不知可不可以等到7月初再申请H4？ |

TI做in
下就业情况肯定不如一般的做Application的软件公司，不过大公司里面肯定是需要这
样的职位，否则他们新的技术没法仿真没法做下去，因为Synopsys/Cadence/Mentor能
提供的工具肯定是要比新技术
面互相拆台，不太会扩大市场面和赚钱。现在只有最保守的Synopsys境况比较好，其他
几个情况都不太乐观。后面EDA要解决的问题越来越难，需要对foundry有比较深入的了
解才行，所以startup也
给客户解决的问题太多，你需要对电路里面各种effect都要非常清楚才能做出好的仿真
结果，里面如何计算的模型都要你来建，而且要根据technology的更新不断推出新的准
确的又不耗时的model, 然后你还要做码工把这些全部用 |

最多再看看java吧，其实都不太需要了
embedded的范围很广，从做下面底层得到上面application的都可以叫做embedded
firmware就是和器件打交道了，需要懂硬件。有空可以看看汇编，还有VHDL这些，已经
对你来说很简

的集成的perpetual，还有就是片外的peripheral。
embedded的应该是包括了firmware了。
对你来说，应该是懂硬件，做firmware应该不是什么问题。但是我觉得你得多学习一下
os的东西。特别是RTOS。 |

hotjob monster上搜得，然后到公司网站上投的相应的职位)， 毕业后好不容易才有了5，6个面试（比我同学都拿得少得多，一些人拿十几二十个），
但没有最终拿到offer.
可是最近连续在网上投了3个月了，基本能搜到的相关的都投了，竟然一个连一个面试
都没拿到，开始以为是resume问题，结果要来同学的resume参考改, 又找人改，最后也
没用。 而且关键是我的一些同学还一直有面试，而且问他们，他们说也是在网上投的。
我现在都快崩溃了，我三个月前虽然还有面试（但比同学都少），最近这三个月连一个
面试都没有了。
有好心人可以指点一下我吗？为什么会这样？我该怎么办啊？
还有我现在毕业半年了，请问这个会影响吗？面试官会觉得毕业时间有点长而不给面试
吗？ 难道要改一下resume上的毕业月份吗？或模糊一点，不写月份？
求助各位，希望能给点建议，感激不尽 |

offer,面临和企业谈起薪的问题，假设都是比较大的企业
想去工作的地点基本定在麻州，德州，湾区，我想问一下这几个地方起薪差别大吗？我
只了解麻州的情况，有同学拿到不错的offer是80K，但是有人告诉我如果去德州，那么
70K也比麻州80 K值钱，这是什么意思呢？ 是因为税收和生活消费问题吗？
还有有人了解湾区的情况吗？如果麻州70K，那在湾区70K这个条件怎么样？

2.cisco 做Nexus switch, 是asic design
薪水两者几乎一样，一个有option的股票，一个有bonus。
他们都催着尽快做决定，从这两个公司发展，稳定性，和我自己的个人发展角度考虑。

我烂校PHD，EE，VLSI DESIGN/EDA，一直在上学，从没工作过，就快要28岁。现在在德
仪实习，11月毕业。投了德仪，英特尔，三星，高通，英威达。超微跟博通有联系我说
给面试，但当时因为太多了，搞不过来，就没搞面试了。
拿到了前四个，被英威达拒了。最后选择了其中一个签了，具体公司就不说了，整个
package 166K。
因为我现在在德仪做实习，所以德仪的full time三月份就知道会给了。但因为各种原
因我对德仪很不爽所以就申了其他几个公司，然后两个礼拜内拿到phone call，然后都
给了onsite。其实高通有三个组onsite，三星两个组onsite，英特尔也是两个组。英威
达就一个组。

other engineering majors in terms of starting salary. Plus, if you have no
better offers, what can you do?
