发帖数: 32 | 13 象许多其它小朋友一样，小胖发现洗澡其乐无穷。倒霉的是小胖妈妈,没法时时都与小
胖同乐，反而如临大敌，还真是屡败屡战。
第一回合：恐惧症
第一次的洗澡，是庆祝小胖刚脱了脐带。小胖刚躺在澡盆的垫子上就大哭不已，手舞脚
踢，两个大人立刻发慌，匆匆忙忙把小人裹好。
这个回合下来，小胖爸爸全线溃败：不洗了！擦擦就差不多了。这以后小胖妈妈只好自
己一个人上阵，自此开始了给小朋友洗澡的长期斗争。而小胖爸爸当上了甩手大掌柜。
这个洗澡恐惧症，最终由妈妈一手半抱半托，另一只手干活搞定。为了稳住小胖，她手
里也捏块毛巾，摇铃等等，边洗边玩。
第二回合：洗头难
这个单手洗澡，洗头的时候还是相当狼狈的，总算小胖可以勉勉强强坐起来了（快六个
月），妈妈的另一只手得到了解放，开始操心洗头的问题。在BBS上取经之后，买了
BATH VISOR，暂时渡过了这一关，大大底歇歇气。
第三回合：讨厌的VISOR
这一口气歇了大半年，小胖开始仇视一切动了她脑袋的东西，VISOR也不例外。VISOR一
上，小胖马上揭下来。屡教不改。怎么办？！数个戴上／拿下的回合后，妈妈败，只好

就是一个套在额头上的橡胶带子，有个特别的设计可以防止汗水流到眼睛里。我以前不
管有没有太阳都得带着帽子或者visor，否则汗水总是往眼睛里面灌。天特别热的时候
，甚至带着visor都不管用。前些天网上发现了这个，看review不错，就定了一个试试
。周末用了两次发现果然不是盖的，一路上一直也没有擦过汗。不过这小东西价钱买的
也够贵的，我在ebay上找的还要15块呢！像我一样唉出海的同修，有兴趣的话可以试试

第一次染指ultra distance是2010年的Stevens Creek 50K, 8月的北加州加上金色的荒草
山，95F以上的温度，没有什么荫凉，mile 3我就跑爆掉了，一路连滚带爬叫苦连天的
哼哼六个半小
时完成之后，就嗷嗷喊着不再去遭这罪。不过还是好了伤疤忘了疼，今年年初，冲动的
报了LT100,
也就没多久，报了AR50，打算用这个local race作为100 mile的training run.
训练---“一盘棋的一部分”
没有特别针对ultra distance训练，过去几个月都是在跑base training为秋天要跑的
马养膘。
昨天跑的相对轻松，也完全是base training的功劳，还得继续忍。
比赛---“试验”
从来没有跑过的距离，比赛本身就是一个试验。这次也尝试了几样新装备（对我来说）。

labor day还不知道有啥sale呢，不过，我基本上都屯齐全了。上周去sportchalet买了
headband（如花上次在他帖子里提到的，visor，cap和headband），RW上随便都要12刀
，local店里，网球区才买6刀一条。我有visor和帽子，从来没试过headband，于是入
手2条，不错，这样在gym跑的时候不用傻乎乎的带遮太阳的帽子了。
