感觉强点在于底层数据处理的infrastructure
如何在短时间内汇总，aggergate那么庞大的数据量
至于可视化端，我直观觉得没有特别的技术
而且他分为两个层面，
一个是展示层面，就是大家都看到的那个巨屏，做的很炫
可能是应用了并行处理＋多屏显示，这些我涉猎不多，
另一个层面应该是给内部的数据分析师用的，我没见到过，
D3我觉得实际上是一个算法库尔不是一个显示库
它提供了很多vis layout的算法，比如force-directed, hierarchy,
这些算法理论上不受数据量的限制 (或优化算法或者用并行计算提高性能）
至于显示，你可以把得到的layout用svg或canvas显示 |

the same as your protein.所以难以用来测蛋白的绝对浓度。我见过Bradford结果和
蛋白实际浓度相差2、3倍的。
感觉楼住的问题是要reproducible results.nanodrop在这点上有时候是不怎么的。。
其实bradford 或者其他方法要reproducible results的话，都是可以做到的，当然要
正确操作以及稳定的仪器。但如果要精确定量蛋白的绝对浓度的话，我觉得这些方法都
不是很好。UV-vis是相对好些的方法，它的assumption是，你的extinction
coeffecient计算正确（通常网上一些工具的结果还是可以的）。还有就是蛋白纯度要
好。这样虽然也有误差，会比bradford好很多。
当然，前面提到的amino acid analysis最好了，不过要特殊的地方才能做。
所以，UV-vis (A280) with calculated coeffecient可能是比较方便的，比较折中的

会无比的低啊。
你这样换算出来的浓度还不如nanodrop靠谱啊。
对比荧光，uv-vis的检测限还是蛮高的，ng/mL这种肯定是不行的，我印象中至少要mg/
mL才能看到比较明显的abs变化，当然也要看你那是什么蛋白，纯度多少也是个问题。 |

greatly interferences the UV/Vis absorbance at very wide range.
I found a paper that used densitometry with a software (ImageQuant) to

是真是(4,3)的管子，S11能量巨高，多半都在visible区域了，呵呵。不是我泼凉水，
我觉得可能性狂小 - (4,3)大概非常不稳定。反正吸收谱一打出来就明白不少了，不用
等荧光。

A=Ln[I_{Transmission}/I_{Incident}]=\epsilon c L,
c是吸光组分的浓度,L是吸收光程,\epsilon叫absorbtivity(比吸光度).基于Lamb-Beer's
Law的成分分析也叫 UV/Vis molecualr absorption analysis, 不过精度不高,除非对高
吸光度的成分.但对天然色素,如卟啉类大环色素(P P*吸收带)比吸光度可高达10^4至10^5
L {mol}^{-1} {cm}^{-1}的检出限还是很底的.
不过因为UV/Vis都是带状谱,灵敏度,抗干扰度,没法和AAS,或ICP-AES比啦.Lamb-Beer's
Law的线性区间也不是很大的说.

他们有一个奇思妙想：如果穿着很像工作人员的衣服，有没有可能浑水摸鱼，自由出入一些需要消费/买票的场合？
他们选用的制服，就是再常见不过的荧光条工作服，正式名称为hi-vis vests。
看上去只是普通的工作服或者保洁/保卫人员的衣服，但当他们穿上衣服大摇大摆的从动物园入口走进去的时候，居然没有任何人拦下他们！
David说：“我们准备好了票，以防被问起的时候就拿出来。但是Sean直接通过了入口没人在意，我们都不敢相信这事居然这么简单。”
