蛋白酶抑制剂很成熟的方法了。他主要解了SARS-CoV protease的结构，就是一公颜宁
搞的那种。这样，活性中心和底物结构就很清楚了，可以看着结构设计抑制剂，就是
structure based drug design.
结构化学的价值体现之一。
可以合成出非常有效的抑制剂。
只不过野生型SARS被土共从地球上消灭了，这种高效抑制剂就没有用武之地，没有商业
价值了，所以没有制药公司跟进搞成药上市。
假如SARS-Cov protease inhibitor已经成药，会是治疗的特效药，阻断病毒组装，切
断病毒复制，大大减少viral load, 给免疫系统胜利的机会。还可以制成气雾剂用于预
防。
可惜，现在不赶趟，他最对带些实验室制备的少量对有限的病人治疗。
目前，最现实的，是使用特异性差一些的HIV protease inhibitor, 对SARS-CoV也有抑
制作用。

昨晚收到的消息，中科院石正丽教授组发现武汉冠状病毒最高同源度蝙蝠亲本株，算是
重大突破，特此刊文。
中科院石正丽教授是从事国内蝙蝠冠状病毒长期研究工作的科学家，其在蝙蝠冠状病毒
领域发文权威性目前业内最高，早前SARS病毒亲本蝙蝠株溯源也是由该组最早完成的。
这次获得的蝙蝠亲本株同源性极高，DNA相似度达到96%以上，可以基本确认这次武汉冠
状病毒来源于中华果蝠，样本分离于云南，具体传播路径，宿主来源有待进一步研究，
需要对传播链条上周边所有蝙蝠及相关动物进行采样，建构完成传播链。
蛇作为中间宿主的研究因为北大组研究方法有问题，导师下了任务，我这边在重复北大
组的实验结果，扩大研究样本，近日会发布，北大组结果可能会被推翻。

里产生病理效果。
对现有的抗SARS免疫疗法和其他疗法的测试显示，这些方法都不太有效。抗SARS的单抗
没有中和病毒，抗SARS的疫苗没有产生有效的免疫效果。

因为这个poly basic sequence人类免疫系统在流感病毒和其他使用class I viral

发帖数: 35261 | 49 因为检不检得出取决于样品里viral RNA的copy数。普通PCR对于low copy number的样
品检测不够灵敏，所以需要quantativePCR。普通PCR30cycle以上就是假阳性。而qPCR
一般做40个cycle，然后根据Ct value定量。这个病毒随着病程加重Ct value很快就超
过30，很难说是假阳性还是样本copy number low。 |
