发帖数: 743 | 2 在加州I-5某个下坡处，在想某个事情，想得有点生气，踩重了油门，开到100mph，立即意识到，赶紧放开油门，轻点刹车（因为前面挺空的，我就想让车自己慢下来），但是已经晚了，警车过来。给我上庭单（上面没写要罚多少）。第一次violation，当时就懵了，也没问警察什么，但依稀记得他说我这个要扣三点，说要是在前面那个口就是扣六点（好像是这么说）。
现在请问我该怎么办？第一次碰到这种事情，一点也不懂。单子上好像让我2月初上庭，但到时我会在国内。另外庭在几小时之外。
单子上有两个大选项：
1. If you do not contest the violation
a. pay the bail amount
b. traffic school
c. correctable violation (但是单子正面好像写着这个不是correctable
violation)
2. If you contest the violation
a. court trial
b. trial by written declaration

因是double lane violation。因为我每天早晨从dublin送小孩去Fremont的一个Day
care后再去上班，所以我有权用680 express way，但是我必须从Automall那个出口出
去，大家知道，那个680 express way只有两个出口，分别在Mission和Milpitas，所以
如果我想从Automall出口出去，必须跨double lane。警察说我这种情况就不应该用680
express way。过了些日子，法庭寄来的罚单上说我是car pool lane violation，要
罚$480。我有一些问题，望有经验的同学回答
1、double lane violation与car pool lane violation何区别？那一个更严重？
2、double lane violation的罚金时多少，与car pool lane violation的罚金相比，
是不是更少一些？明显法庭的罚单上的原因错了。

violation 4. instead, some of her administrators uninstalled the email

前几天有事外出，在Cleveland OH 开着租来的车，有一个路口 我速度 33， posted
speed 35， 但是就在过路口的时候我发现灯变了。我已经过线，犹豫之后还是硬着头
皮开出去了。
过了几天之后，接到 那个city的来信：给出了如下信息：：
