测的。我会尽力改善关系。配合幼儿园工作，多关问孩子幼儿园的生活。我再观察一段
时间，每个人的话对我都很有启发。尤其是vintager (魔花）和xiang2010 (湘湘)。我
感觉院长没什么力度，和她们一个鼻孔的。我现在还不坚定，再观察一下，如果还是相
同感受，我肯定要换幼儿园的。谢谢。想起那句话，是包子就别怕狗惦记着，可是又不

RULE #1, 投资者的钱永远比银行贷款要贵, 不管在中国还是米国.
RULE #2, 能不拿投资就不要拿, 如果你的项目有positive cash flow, 不要去找投资.
RULE #3, 如果你一定要找投资, 投资者跟你接触的时候, 你一定要他们拿出过去的投
资记录, 如果是VC的话, 要搞清楚他们有多少fund under management. 最好好要问清
他们资金的 vintage year.
RULE #4, If you have an idea ONLY, you can forget VC, angel investor may be
your best bet.
RULE #5, 刚开始, 可以找些政府的钱, 象SBIR之类的. 也可以找SBA担保的银行贷款.
RULE #6, 怎么找VC? 最好有internal connection. 就说, 你认识一些VC人士, 由他们
推荐你. 你在VC网站上投项目, 或把项目寄给他们, 一般没用.

昨天奔了个试衣间的桌布衣服，
自己看看都很滑稽～
我是个连衣裙控，
每次shopping总是往dress堆里扎，
现在衣橱里非连衣的已越来越少了，
夏天单穿，春秋dress+cardigan, 冬天再来个厚外套，省时又漂亮，
大家随便拍吧，呵呵。
