自己以前的车，卖了，新车主也注册了，
结果他的罚单寄到我的家里，
罚单上写着旧车的信息，
网上明细里写着我的信息。
DMV说他们不能给我任何证明，
但他们看到车子不在我名下了。
311说DMV的系统变了，
不等于他们的系统就变了，
要我上庭。
现在在收集所有的资料。
照一楼做了，第一个网站信息正常，
第二个过不去。
