We used a few and find them more helpful than not. In addition to info on
local market, a decent agent can give you a good comparable market analysis
to both start the negotiation and an idea of what other buyers will be
willing to pay.
Personally, we like Redfin.com a lot as well. Very useful info on their
website; especially for folks that want to do their own research (including
