50分和赢40分我看到是没啥区别。为什么bcs不能规定，超过3 TD以上的margin都一视
同仁，避免球队run up the score. 但是又reward大胜的球队。不是一举两得吗？ |

自打去年芝加哥暑热难耐折戟而归，就打算在上半年休息休息。减了每周里程，参加了
个speed class兼职周末斑马长跑。 三个月下来，报告一下今天Rock to Victory达拉
斯半马的成绩 - 1：38：40 （7：30 pace).高兴啊！ 最近两年的半马没有专门跑过，
全马时都是8分pace 1：45分半程。这三个月主要练加快步频和core strength. 现在
决定海归了，就当一个个人的里程碑吧。。。毕竟跑步三年多了,和跑版也挺有感情的.
言归正传，分享一下今天了赛事。本周滑雪出游,没有跑步. 昨天临时抱佛脚跑了两迈
加几个百米提速. 昨晚吃了一大碗面条，多喝了水。一早6点闹钟叫起，喝了一大碗牛
奶,饼干和一个香蕉。空腹运动完毕，就带着一瓶Gatorade，gu和手纸就出发了。天气
有点冷，才四十几度，戴了一件不要的棉t-shirt和暖腿的垃圾袋，off we go. 赶到
american airlines center场地才6：40am,把车趴好现在周围跑了一迈左右热身。

其中一名死囚是年轻的药家鑫，本市“10.23”肇事杀人案的凶犯。阴沉的天空见不到太
阳，但气温略显闷热。审讯室没有空调，他穿囚衣，默默的在等待。没过一会他被叫去
换了衣服。１０分钟过后重新出现。
先在看守所对死刑犯验明证身。他被押进审讯室，押送的中年管教高声道，一路走好！
药家鑫回头默默的说了一句谢谢你！管教将铁门“砰”关上，生命开始最后一个小时的
倒记时。
他坐在审讯椅里，一边站一个同样高大英俊的法警。坐稳后他抬头环顾铁栅栏对面的执
法者，看到我时眼光停顿，认出了我，点头微笑，脸颊显出大大浅浅的酒窝。
他穿一身深灰色崭新西服，一双白底黑帮新布鞋，与西服很不相称，对喽，上路的人要
穿新布鞋，这是中国人的规矩。
指挥执行的审判长宣读最高人民法院死刑执行令，讯问有无遗言信札及骨灰由谁收取等
，语气很平淡，不象是在说有关生命有关死亡的事，倒象是拉家常，也许是执行者故意
用这样的气氛弱化死亡前的凝重肃杀吧。
