不过这个犬齿都磨这样，是不是外伤啊？这个得找个好点儿的vet看看了，万一牙齿上
有暴露的牙髓啥的可不是闹着玩的。可以查查周围的veterinary dentist，如果有
board的话，会专业很多，治疗方法也更多，可以帮ID留下更多可用的牙齿。
还有，多说一句，不要自己给猫狗刮牙结石。留下的小刮痕会更容易让细菌附着腐蚀牙
齿，后患无穷。一般vet洗牙之后要打磨的，如果不打磨或者打磨不好的话，不到一年
，牙齿就没法看了。 |

vet最放心。还有就是换粮换环境不适应，小猫调节时间要长些，耐心点，饭里加些

再就是小猫需要尽量保证每天体重只涨不掉，每天用厨房小秤称下。只要体重涨，吃喝

大， 但是医生都挺nice的， 还不便宜。 其实你要找便宜的话， 可以去拿个Merwin
Memorial Free Clinic For Animals。 这家非常便宜， 没有visit fee, 只收个药钱
。 但是是first come first serve， 人很多， 要提前一个小时去门口等。 他家也做
手术， 是在那里预约做pre exam， 然后让你带到大医院去做。
我记得旺财当时在她常规医院estimated咔嚓钱要400+. 我觉得贵， 就去了这个free
clinic， 才180. 医生做的挺好的， 刀口不大。
洗牙不太清楚， 但是肯定不便宜， 因为要全麻 |

周三见面，想想还是问问大家，看看有啥好的建议？或谁有这方面的经历。
狗狗5月中，走路时不小心在一个小坑摔了一跤，然后有点瘸，没两天好了，劳动节就
出去爬山，下山坡有点陡，又伤了，一个星期好了，也就没太在意，接下来就会有反复
，走路多了，就会有点瘸，8月初看医生，没查出啥，给开了rimydill，吃了没啥好转
，9月2号拍x光，片子我没看到，医生电话和email说很大可能是osteosarcoma，建议ct
和biopsy确诊，原来在bellevue的companion看的，现在推荐去kirkland的seattle
veterinary specialists做ct和biopsy。住在seattle的有谁了解这个医院吗？有啥别
的好的医院推荐？如果是坏的结果，可能要手术，后面还可能chemo和radiation，想开
始就能找个靠谱的医院。
狗狗现在腿很疼，基本不太动，胃口也不好，体重也清了，约了周三看专科，但是想问
问是不是一定要做ct和biopsy，因为还要麻醉，狗狗12岁了，有点担心受不了。我在网

of the donor dogs, weather permitting, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Stop in at
the Small Animal Clinic front desk, ask to walk a dog and leave a picture ID
. This program provides students, staff and the public an opportunity to
interact with the dogs and gives them much needed exercise and attention.

，只是可能归属于不同的课程名称，同时此部分也是执业兽医师考试部分；另外美国大
学也开设类似课程，（建议搜索College of Veterinary Medicine，有些学校只是
department），没什么好大惊小怪的。
科普性文章往往无法切中要害，引起大家的误解，建议您了解一下国内兽医学生培养，
和美国DVM学生培养标准（并不是PhD）充分调查后再评论，谢谢。 |

总体而言，今年SCI收录的期刊大幅增加，以我所熟悉的动物学领域而言，期刊数
由127个增加到145个，相似的，环境学领域也由180个增加到192个。这或许是个好消息
，至少在目前的评价机制下，我们有更多的期刊可以进行筛选。
至于影响因子，动物学总体而言变化不大，Journal of Zoology, Journal of
Wildlife Management等均有小幅上升，而Journal of Mammalogy则小幅下降。与行为
相关的动物学期刊整体而言也略微下降，比如Ethology，Behavioral Ecology，
Behavioral ecology and Sociobiology等，不过在动物学领域仍旧是领先的期刊。值
得欣喜的是，动物所作为秘书机构的国际动物学会会刊Integrative Zoology首次进入
JCR即表现不凡，影响因子达到了1，相信其前景会更加光明。不过动物学报Current
Zoology此次并未进入JCR，明年应该会有影响因子，应该也不会太差。
鸟类学领域，IBIS继续稳居老二，看来AUK有点落伍了。

绿卡需要.而且有vet school的学校不多. 听说全加洲只有UC-Davis有vet school.不知

收入的提高同样离不开高等医学教育，住院医生培训体制和学位制度的改革。没有高等
医学教育，住院医生培训体制和学位制度的改革，医疗改革就解决不了合格的医疗人才
从哪里来的问题。没有合格的医疗人才就不可能有医生社会地位和收入的提高。中国整
体医疗水平低下是一个世界范围内没有争议的问题。而这一问题又和高等医学教育，住
院医生培训体制和学位制度息息相关。这也导致了对外国医生准入门栏极低（甚至没有
语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。
本人借丁香园的平台， 对比中美两国体制，希望能够激起广大医学同仁的积极讨论。
并希望最后由文笔好的同仁总结成一篇论文样的文章，呈交给人大等部门。希望能广泛
讨论，传播。也希望最终能促进医疗改革。（有点过于雄心勃勃了。）

今天在网上闲逛，看到一个学校有ONLINE 读 VET ASSISTANT,学费不到两千，学时
240HR.忽然脑子发热想换个工作玩玩，不过我猜想这活挺幸苦的。
先自我介绍一下，我来美国五年，在读护士，很快就毕业了，从毕业到考上执照到找到
工作我想还有一年多时间，这中间总想做点自己喜欢的事。我现在除了读书就是在一家
妇产科诊所当医生的助手，但自己对动物实在喜爱，已经吃素好几年，所以对和动物有
关的行业特别感兴趣。
请大家说说看，有什么好建议。 |
