if there is only palpitation without tarchycardia for sure, then the Dx
would be either premature ventricular contraction or functional disturbance
of vegetative nerve.
by the way where you can see the pulsation of heart? Normal pulsation could
be seen in 5th intercostal space (around midclavicular line), others are
abnormal.
pre menstrual syndrome is another possibility, keeping a diary for several

知道我要把上面PDF里面所有检查结果都翻译成英文，这个我自己搞有点困难，还是就
写些VSD（ventricular septal defect）， ASD（Atrial septal defect），
Overriding aorta，PA（Pulmonary atresia），再把那些CT和导管的图片寄过去他们

is to be done, there will be multiple surgeries. The last major surgery
should be the closure of VSD, but it is very hard to determine the order of
the earlier steps (detaching right pulmonary artery from descending aorta,
connecting to right ventricular outflow tract and etc., ~5 major steps). It
is very likely computational hemodynamic simulation is required.

我家二宝出生的时候，我们全家都开开心心，因为我指定的儿医不来生产医院，所以我
们就用了house pediatrician。对于怀老二，生老二，我也一直没有找最好的医院，我
想反正妊娠正常去哪个医院都是一样的，美国一般的医院也不会太差。House
pediatrician三天都来了，听心跳做各种各样的检查，都说没问题。
出院后第二天，老公带宝宝去见我们自己的儿医，我在家也没多想，反正就是登记记录
，小孩子肯定没事的。结果儿医严肃的问，医院的儿医没说过心脏murmur的问题吗？老
公也开始紧张了。儿医立马让老公带宝宝去看pediatric cardiologist。接着，做了心
电图，B超等，被cardiologist诊断为一个较小的ASD（Atrial Septal Defect)，和一

NICU，医生很快发现他心脏有问题：肺动脉狭窄。

PULMONARY VALVE:
The pulmonary valve is thickened and is doming. There is critically severe
pulmonary valve stenosis. The maximum velocity across the pulmonic valve is
3.89 m/s and the peak instantaneous gradient is 60.6 mmHg. The mean gradient
across the pulmonic valve is 36.9 mmHg. There is trivial pulmonary valve
regurgitation.

发帖数: 931 | 47 去做一下cardiac echo （ultrasound）吧。
如果是收缩期杂音的话用可能是正常的。因为如果小的时候有一点点地ventricular
septal defect的话，在这个defect逐渐自主愈合的时候，murmur的声音有可能越来越大，如果
是这样的话是一个好的现象。有的时候小孩子有些flow murmur，也可能是正常的。所以最好的办
法是首先做个ultrasound，就能够清楚地看到心脏血流的情况，如果宝宝没有什么呼吸困难，或者是
活动以后呼吸困难的症状的话，可能不很严重。先不要担心，赶快约个检查，然后看看需要不需要看
pediatric cardiologist。BLESS！ |
