the car registration in the new state. I also mailed a Change of Address
form to the original state.
Now, I still receive "Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice" asking for
renewal fee. What on the earth should I do about this? Anybody has any
similar experience.
Moved from California to New Jersey.

察pull over了。罚单上写的是“Failure to yield to emergency vehicle”罚金有$
1000+.
当时在下雨，我在左边路上开，突然看见后面有警灯闪烁，想到右边停下来，但是前面
是一个红绿灯，我就开过了红绿灯，然后靠右停了下来。警察的态度挺不好，问我为什
么不停下来，说已经跟了我们一段路了。估计在我注意到警灯的时候，已经跟了我一整
子吧。不过我开车没有超速也没有闯红灯，应该是我注意到警灯的时候比较迟，追了我
一整子，很恼火我为什么不停车。看了驾照以后就开了罚单。就我自己来说，在看到警
灯以后，半分钟才停车，中间包括过一个绿灯的红绿灯。但是可能他的确在我后面亮灯
了很久，可是天气不好，我没有注意到。我没有违反其他的交通规则，看起来就是没有
在他亮灯的时候停下来。
有没有遇到过类似情况的同学，要怎么处理比较好？ |

只是failure to yield.我拿到罚单还傻傻的还问了一句“what is the problem with
me?”他说的大意是“难道你要我超过你么？你不知道怎么停车么？我从××就跟你了
（没听清楚，也不熟悉那边的路）”，还说了几句，没听懂。感谢国家，他没有把我拉
出拉按在地下，只是态度很不好的吼了我几句。看样子我的确反映的太慢了。
然后我做了一个U Turn去上高速，在一个红绿灯那边，看见了很疑似刚才那辆警车的警
车，天太黑看不见里面的警察的样子。前后就2分钟的事情，当时觉得有可能是同一辆
警车。就挺纳闷的，他说他是emergency vehicle，怎么也和我一样U turn，不去忙他
的emergency。不过不能确定是同一辆车也没多想。

vehicle的记录，卖家解释是之前左前灯有一次小事故，是在第一个owner期间发生的。
想问一下版里懂车的人这样的车有必要继续砍价吗？还是直接放弃？我总觉得卖家没

但情况是，车在网上挂了一周，下决定之前分别查了下carfax和autocheck的记录，上
面都没有vehicle for sale的记录，最新的记录也只是15迈新车刚卖的记录。
想请教下板上的诸位，这辆车会不会有什么问题。
