If you could ask him to move the VB date a week forward, why don't you just

delayed VB is that they got some updated data regarding the consumption of
EB visas. The details is unknown, but it sounds like there will be a big
change in this June VB. Significant movement should be expected. I think it

movement in terms of numbers and the VB will move over to 01-Feb-2007. We
all expect good movement in the last quarter, the Jul & Aug bulletin have to

info. and I thought he would move PD to August 2007, but he didn't.
It looks like he is taking a conservative approach. The pending China and
India EB2 is about 11k right now. By moving to April 15, 2007, we will
reduce 3k from 11k. Totally we will have 8k left. If Mr.O decides to move PD
further next VB, we still have some chance to reach June or July 2007. I

Personal thinking and feeling, no evidence, full of hope.
I read a lot of data and understand that my estimation is counter-intuitive
because it seems that
(1) the whole FY 2012 can't even process the current outstanding EBC2 cases.
(2) how can it move to December 2007?
However, hope for the best is my first hobby, and guess the VB is my second
hobby. |

同的结果，而且人家还故意把最重要的数据捂得严严的。退一万步，即使你预测的极其
准确，谁跟你说人家每次实际都按＂数据＂出牌？！人家有的是合法的缓冲调整时间，
所以在＂政治风向＂，＂数据＂，＂3012＂，＂昨晚有没有挨夫人训＂...等等因素中
，数据有可能是最不重要的因素。所以再离谱的vb都有可能出现。那如果有人预测成真
，那也只能是瞎猫碰上死耗子，因为你必须是O傻肚子里的蛔虫才能做到这一点。这么
多人预测，有个把猜对的不稀奇。话说到这个地步，我也就完全同意前人分析的O傻＂
拍脑袋放vb法＂了... PD 5／1／10 和1／1／11 对于file485来讲没有本质区别，从几
率角度。要是倒退，就更别提了。所以连我这种没绿卡就混不下去的人都要洗洗睡了..

其实大家可以打电话给O大傻，叫他不要再公布demand data了，而用收到多少485来替
代。

发帖数: 724 | 50 分析的还算靠谱，现在进门的就在抢食，谁先抢到谁就是幸运的。
但是这次和09年7月的本质区别就是，现在的真排期就是现在在批的，也就是08年PD的
那批，在本财年名额用完后，门里的待批的数量和上次大潮/小潮里的不能比。
所以史前的说法明显是在危言耸听了，我估计本财年EB2CI的VB不会前进了，这么来说
，现在门里的-在本财年被批的=最终在门里等的又没有名额的那些人，这些人在下个财
年被消化掉是足足有余的了，所以我们无非是在说多等几个月而已。
而且VB不前进，对门里的人来说也是个保护作用，他们的case都被pre-adjudicated,只
等名额了，这样一旦名额有了以后，也没其他人和他们抢食了。

没绿的PD又比较靠前的就悲催了，PD靠后但在倒退前抢到的最幸运。类似09年7月的情
