Fir 1b1b, the price is ~65k to 75k, for 2b1b, the price is ~90k to 120k,
depends on the locataion. The 1b1b rent is ~900 and 2b rooms rent varies
from 1200 to 1450 a month. The HOA fees all around 250/m, tax varies from
2500-3500/y. I will check if the associations law for rental property, if

premium products. Within certain limitations, premium amounts can vary as
long as there is enough money in the account values to pay the ongoing fees(
including COI charge) and expenses.
You have also confused the word "DB" with Net Amount at Risk(NAR)when you
say "as CV grows, it(DB) will decline". There are two common death benefit
