tried to use citi visa but was denied. then I tried citi amex went through
but received a text from citi fraud dept. and I texted back, later it
replied " thank you for cofirming this charge. you card is now available for
use.
it seems buy VC $1000 is too large amount for citi. |

But it is still 10-digit PIN under it. and same easy on-line reload to bb.
Mush easier to load white vanilla, than using those visa gift cards. |

for Ink (2%) no need to get only 1% at CVS using Ink.
wow, in blueprint, Walmart (with food department) is shown as grocery, and
Kroger is shown as grocery or gas station (different store ID). Very truly
reflect the real spending. |
