人体有８种氨基酸是不能自己合成的，必须通过外界摄取，所以叫essential amino
acid
其中这三种，目前食谱是肯定缺乏：Leucine,Threonine,Phenylalanine
分别有关：肌肉合成；免疫抗体合成；肾上腺素前体合成
还有有一种可能缺乏：Valine－－保证愈伤，和氮代谢
而这几种重要的氨基酸，都可以从一种食物中获取：花生。
这其实就是问题核心所在。很多靠吃素减肥的人，很害怕加坚果。觉得“油”是很增肥
的东西。
所以猛控油，猛控油。你也ｅｘｐｌｉｃｉｔｌｙ的说了，你要“低油少盐”
炒菜油是应该低。但是天然食物中的油，不能一点没有。否则氨基酸和不饱和脂肪酸都
没有来源
给血液指标带来很大的危险。这个问题也和第一个问题ｃｏｒｒｅｌａｔｅ。
三大能量物：脂肪，蛋白质，和糖，必须得至少吃一个。所以我个人不同意把前两个都
给压到最低
一旦这样做，糖必然超标，只要你吃７００卡以上就超 （目前食谱约１１００－１２
