这个做法是我在 libsvm 里看到的用法。我的问题是 acc1,..acc10 这10个数据 varia
nce 也很大啊，直接比 meanAcc 是不是没啥意义(我自己随便找两组出来的20个数，前
10个和后10个的 mean t test 没啥差别啊)；有没有更好的做法？ |

still valid before the expiration date?

在这里潜水若干天后，最近终于提交了爸妈的绿卡申请，8月中递上去的，同时递交了I
-130,I-485,I-765及I-131，也很快收到了四份I-797回执。
但是在爸爸的所有回执里都有一段话：
A valid G-28 was NOT received with your case. If you wish to be represented,
please contact your attorney or accredited representative to submit a
follow-up G-28 to the USCIS location where your case is pending. For more
info.....
I-130是我提交的，自然不需要有人代表。爸妈的I-485和I-765里只是让填写了帮助填
写的人的名字，就是我；而I-131里则必须让附一份G-28表格。所以，我就只为I-131填
写了一份G-28。但我当时填表的时候看到Attorney or accredited representative的
要求，好像我都不符合。

Now I want to go back to China, and the International Office HR told me that
I have to apply for the H1B visa stamp from the US Embassy in China in
order to return in valid H1B status.
Is this true? I had thought AP is enough and do not want to take the trouble
and time in the Embassy.
Anybody has such experience? Thanks a lot in advance. |
