any utlities. the smaller room was very cold in winter( not good for elders
and yong children), and the master room was very warm. Heater and AC dont
work very well. Management was not easy to deal with. only advantage is that
you dont need to pass Route 1 every day.

在考虑要不要买个设备来提高我RO/DI滤水器的效率， 现在的filter 5gallon 自来水
才能出1gallon鱼缸用水，每次换水的时候是在是有点浪费。看着水在drive way上花花
的流一两个小时才够我换一次水的。 |

就算你有时间，也得拿到本州居民的证明，比如utlities，租房
lease等，需要一段时间。这段时间也得有牌照啊！
