是suv的驾驶体验跟小车比还是差远了，把驾驶体验追求到极致的超豪华品牌是不会屑
于搞个suv的（脑袋被驴踢了的蓝宝除外哈）。所以你绝不会见到有人开911做commute
，然后搞个差五做weekend fun car。就个人经验，suv中驾驶感觉能媲美小车的除了卡

另外三个室友都是Harvard在读PhD，男生，生活简单，规律。
租金$575每月+utility。utility主要是electricity,gas和internet，四人平摊，每月
25元左右，所以总价钱大概在$600左右。
因为本人到加州实习，所以短租3个月，即5月中旬至8月中旬，具体时间可以协商，因

.2月份我和BF两个人因为结婚就搬到学校的family housing了.但是空出来的房间一个3
月份有人搬进来,另外一个有个室友换房间进去,但是她那间还暂时找不到人住.房东是
个很好的人,空出来的房间他也没有跟我们要任何费用.
今天收到以前一个室友的信,他提出空出来的房间要由以前的人负责到新人住进来为止,
所以utility(1月中旬到2月中旬)的费用是我们两个负担GAS类的1.5份,和CABLE类的1份
.另外一个室友担GAS的1.5份和CABLE的2份.因为我们1月份也住在那里,所以我提出这次
还是5个人均担.
现在的问题是,下个月他们4个人住,多出来的这一份我们还要分担吗?其实也就100多,付
了也没有什么,但心里觉得憋屈.以前我们和其他人住在那间HOUSE里面的时候,也有3或

正在想买房子,偶想买新的,但偶们这里新的SFH基本上没有米林以下的,所以只好考虑老
一点的房子了. 偶看了几个86年和93年的,但具体什么能源的不清楚.房子面积大约是
3000sqf.因为房价高,property tax也要8000左右(一年),然后就是utility不知道一年
平均多少能够?(不止暖气,偶是指所有的bill加一起的话:gas, electricity, water,
trash, etc...)
偶正在算到底能负担得起多少钱的房子了,现在能考虑的因素有:
1.每个月的还贷款金额
2.property tax
3.utility bills
4.电视,电话,网络等的费用
呵呵,银子不多,怕万一考虑不周房子给foreclosure了...

还要考虑到存款能支付百分之多少的首付,偶这里的房子如果只付20%的话,一般光月还
款就要三四千,再加上其他的费用支出,偶觉得隔破产也不远了
日常消费偶大体知道要多少钱,但偶现在租的房子极贵,所以他们把utility都给cover了
,因此偶一直不知道到底utility一年大约要多少钱(怕的是按照300预算,结果每个月一
千好几,那就有点惨了)
所以只好精打细算,看看在有限的能力内买多少价位的房子比较合适. |

年的记录。
Utility 要看你们房子有多Green (Energy efficiency)，新的房子比老房子因多用了
节能材料和节能设计，Utility费用会少。 但水+电+气每年5000左右是很靠谱的。
另外，关于抵税，你的propertyTax+Interest可以抵消那部分收入所缴的Income Tax，
所以,你的PropertyTax和Interest相当于打了一个20%（看你的税率）discount 而已，
并不会等额退给你。 |

想来想去可能有两个原因，中央空调系统15y了，门窗好像也很旧（虽然也是双层的）
，问题是怎么才能确定原因呢？毕竟无论换门窗还是空调都要5k左右。
刚看到BGE有个15-Point Air Conditioning Inspection （https://www.bgehome.com/
air-conditioning-inspection.php），不知道这个检查能不能告诉我空调是不是
utility高的原因？还是需要做其他的。

Grid的煤气费是通过第三方的Western Union Speedpay来收信用卡，一笔收$2.25手续
费，Max pay$600。如果一次pay $600，拿回$12 cash back,还是比用cash pay合算。
就是不知道通过Western Union Speedpay那个category还算utility charge吗？有谁用

FICO分数。
之前注意信用卡的utilization，基本控制statement balance在credit line的20%左右
，FICO保持740+。
去年圣诞开始买东西，还款不是很及时，statement balance的总额可能在credit line
总额的60～70%，但是下一个月总会还清上个月的statement balance。一月回国，还钱
不太上心，再加上三张卡的closing date都不一样，导致FICO分数连续两个月（12月，
1月）暴跌100点。
二月回美以后注意控制balance，二月的FICO又回到了730+。
这样看的话，utilization对FICO的计算权重很大啊。那是不是说，如果没有其他用钱
的情况（mortgage什么的），只要控制statement balance就可以实现所谓的“养高”
信用分数？或者还有其他什么要注意的点？谢谢。

balance占总的额度的10%就好，然后due day还上。
如果要控制utilization要在出statement之前还钱，出了之后啥时候还都一样。 |

showed weakness, when I shorted EXC, the chart looks like it would touch $
48 area, at that time, I was looking for shorts as I was worried about a
correction. But I don't think utilities would crash from here, so the short
profit is limited and should take it quick.
