和房东共用厨房和后院。房东会买新的冰箱给房客单独使用。
门前有两路公共汽车到Metro。还有一路公共汽车到Bethesda。很方便DC或Besthda上班
的人。买菜的商店只要走路2分钟即到。开车2分钟就可上270
只要开车5分钟即到Rockville towncenter 和 Metro。免费Street Parking
房租是每月$650，含utility。最少租3个月，之后每月续租。方便房客今后的计划。
根据房客要求可以提供床，沙发等简单家居，或者不提供。不可以养宠物
房东计划将地下室重新粉刷一遍。根据房客的时间表会在房客搬进前，粉刷好。
