区别吧。受影响的是associate and full professors. |

因为暑假回国，有IMT好房一间sublease（3人间中的一间，房子空间很大，另外两个室
友都是爱烧菜人非常nice的妹子），从五月初到八月10号，具体日期完全可商议。房子
非常新，性价比高，环境清幽(见附图），院里主要居住着亚裔和白人，安静安全。小
区门口就是轻轨站，到Rice University，medical center,UTHealth等地十分方便快捷
，离Fiesta,Target,Kroger等美国超市只有步行距离。小区内中国人很团结，经常组织
周末中国城聚餐购物外出烧烤等活动。同时后门有87路可以方便到达医学中心的各个地
方。房子设施一应俱全，拎包入住！房租500+可议，不含水电).有意者请回帖留言或发

uthealth的clinical profit能有多少投入research?你再仔细看看research的三部分来
源是不是来自federal,state,local private program。认为州立大学做研究受本州经
济影响不大，这我都不知该怎么评论了。
