一个月前，经ENT的医生检查，有的怀疑是舌癌，（there are lots lumps on the two

电话月的一生是Caffery,排队近3个weeks,但等到交了co-pay护士才告知要看的是Mark.

他先叫其实习的学生检查，她说看上正常，经patient 陈述等，她才叫了Mark.
Mark还没听完PT 的话也没检查完，就说是正常。还被告知舌头黑是吃Chinese food,或
Green tea.
PT 又说了一遍,没有吃任何特殊food."No tea,hot,cold 等饮料。只是清水。 |

retracted 19 papers from a single journal.
Jin Cheng, who studies how ovarian cancer develops, withdrew 19 papers from
the Journal of Biological Chemistry originally published over the last 15

？大家一般是合租吗？有哪些要注意的事项？
2.我刚去的话，肯定没的美国的信用卡，租房的还看信用卡？

it updated if there is any change. Therefore, from now on, you can just go

到了三家分店。USF东北部的New Tampa中国人挺多的。有个在cory lake的中国人在家
搞私房菜，微信群里都近120多号中国人了。pebble creek可以考虑。还有hunters
green,
arbor green, cory lake。不过这些地方没有公交系统。不过据规划在bruce B Down街
上很快会搞快速公交系统。USF 和downtown Tampa附近都有公交。不过还是自己开车方
便。 |

USF）的课程级别低，
比如社区大学的课程编号都是1000的，而USF是2000级别的。我在想是不是社区大学的
课程难度低一些，但
是因为最后参加那个资格考试大家都一样的题目，那是不是社区大学的学生比较难通过
考试啊。原本想申USF
的2nd degree program,但是国内本科时的GPA太低了，根本不可能，现在只能降低标准
了。:( |

禁止华为参与联邦补贴资金项目的决定违反了美国宪法和《行政诉讼法》。
起诉书
FCC于11月22日通过一项决定，将华为认定为美国国家安全威胁，并禁止美国农村地区
运营商使用通用服务基金（USF）购买华为设备。在向美国联邦第五巡回上诉法院提交
的起诉书中，华为认为FCC直接认定华为构成国家安全威胁，没有给予华为就相关指控
进行反驳的机会，违反了正当程序原则。华为同时认为FCC并未提供任何证据或合理的
理由来支撑其武断随意的决定，违反了美国宪法、《行政程序法》等美国法律。
华为首席法务官宋柳平在发布会上表示，“仅仅因为华为是一家中国公司就禁止我们，
不能解决任何网络安全问题。”
他还补充道，FCC主席Ajit Pai和其他委员未提供任何证据，来证明他们认为华为构成
安全威胁的指控。自2018年3月FCC首次提出这项提议开始，华为和美国农村地区运营商
提交了多轮事实依据和反对意见，但FCC却对这些事实依据和意见完全忽视。

像在去年还是前年还排在佛州所有大学第一位，因为医学院还可以。在这两个做的好往
上跳没问题，以前老板的朋友从ucf跳到wpi然后一年又跳到东北大学。感觉还是在美国

发帖数: 28562 | 43 FSU还算是个认真的学校。各个方面，就算不一流，也算中轨中矩。
至于self improvement, 我觉得uf, fsu, usf都一直在进步中。
Miami 我就不清楚了。至于进步得够不够快，我对外州的学校没有印象，
没法比较。
比方说uf的工程学和MBA听老生讲原来是非常棒的，后来有一度很堕落，
但现在好象又在慢慢的恢复中。UF的医学院也一直在发展。
不过，进步最大的应该是usf. 原来它曾经是名不见经传的一个学校，
现在得益于两个小布十的政策，拿了很多钱，学术也有很多长进。
我们这边医学院的一个很好的教授就被他们挖去当校长了 ：)
不过不知道是不是因为风景和天气太美的原因，这里的人比外州的
懒一些。而且越往南边越懒，最懒的是Miami和key上的人：)
我在国内那个大学念书时算是比较懒的。现在在我们系里居然是
最勤快的研究生之一：)

I am living in a very nice one-bedroom apartment, the lease will be ended
