这个猎头先给我发了邮件，说看到我的信息，觉得有职位很符合我的背景，然后让我发
一份最新的简历给他。 我大概看了描述，也就一般般符合，不是什么很值得去的工作
，但还是发了我的简历。
然后这个猎头打过电话来，问我一些基本信息，有些非常personal，比如说年龄，婚否
，有无kids等。开始也是无意识，都如实回答了。
后来他说，你需要sponsor啊，那就要在工资待遇上降低要求之类的。没有身份工作，
会被遣送回国的。我说我合法的工作，谁来遣送我。
接着问我能接受的最低年薪。我说现在还没有真正的面试，也不适合谈薪资，而且我对
这个也是比较灵活的。
结果这个SB猎头不依不饶，说你一定要说个数，我觉得合适了，就安排下一步面试。
我没有回答这个问题，所以这个SB说，你好好考虑一下，想通了给我打电话。莫名其妙
的。
大家说这种SB猎头究竟要做什么？是压低雇员公司来通过非法渠道弄绿卡吗？

I interviewed one guy with my manager, he's on top of the list on tech
skills. At the end he asked his potential of grown in the company, and he
said "he can't stop,need room to grow, that's his nature". I'm almost
certain that my non techie manager nixed him because he's too aggressive...
Just my 2 cents.

You know how to do data analysis.
However, you don't know how to talk, therefor, you failed on-site interview,
and didn't get the offer.
As a 高能物理PhD and successfully helped many people find good jobs,
strongly suggest you go through these videos before you go for next
interview.
There are many Database Analyst jobs you can do, not necessarily focus on
coder job.

waste time and $$ for another useless degree.
Yes, you can do the same.
Yes, you should come out for work.
Yes, baby will grow up, will need money to pay their eduction in future,
therefore, you need come out for work.
Find a Database Analyst jobs is not that kind of hard.
