的，其实他是主谋。有个调查了他好多年的记者前几天刚在npr上接受了采访，说他根
本就是避重就轻。阿姆斯特朗以前还骂这个记者没有职业操守是个bastard，现在证明
人家针对他写的报道都是真实的。阿姆斯特朗还打算倒打一耙，起诉美国自联的主席。
在如此多的人证物证前面，阿姆斯特朗抵赖了这么久，如果不是因为伪证罪追诉期只有
7年，

这个在美国传统法庭却是很有用， 可以把整个证据drop, 这也是胳膊壮要上诉的原因
。 但是美国高院滑头了， 以不便干预USADA的权威性不接受上诉， 避免了传统法
庭程序和体育判例的冲突。
胳膊壮吃药是既成事实。 只在司法程序成立与否的问题。
不然以老美的性格， 必胜的case会随便撤案？ |

that were “fully consistent with blood manipulation including EPO use and/
or blood transfusions.”
That is no proof of substance but their own analysis and conclusion based on
the blood cell patterns they established. |
