Cell line: SW780 (human urothelial carcinoma).
I bought this cell line twice from ATCC, but I could not detect beta-actin
at all. The expression of beta-actin as shown by Western blot in this cell
line was reported in the literature.
I could detect GAPDH in this cell line.
I could use the same beta-actin antibody (Sigma) to detect beta-actin in
other human cell lines (urothelial and non-urothelial carcinoma) using the
same antibody (Sigma).

有红细胞，除了pH值高了一些。没有任何症状。但cytopathologist的报告有点迷惑 (
报告如下），医生要我去看'urologist':
URINE, VOIDED: NUMEROUS CLUSTERS OF UROTHELIAL CELLS, SQUAMOUS CELLS
ANDDEBRIS; A LOW GRADE UROTHELIAL NEOPLASM CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.
这是一种很不正常的状况吗？cancer 的可能性有多大？有可能还是可能性很小？

射过程。一般的排尿障碍主要是脊髓损伤导致。但是脊髓损伤确非常常见(neurogenic

专科医生作了膀胱镜检查和肾CT检查，没有发现异样。但是因为我爸爸有十多年的前列
腺增生，所以医生就建议作了前列腺电灼的小手术，术后感觉排尿束缚很多。
做好这个小手术后四周，医生又作了一个尿培养，现在得到这种结论：

现在医生又要求作切片，来排除low grade cancer。现在我就是有疑问，请教这里的医
生，既然已经作了膀胱镜和肾CT，现在还有必要做这个切片吗？这个尿液的结果能说明
多少问题呢？是否尿液有异常细胞就很可能有癌，那为啥膀胱镜没做出呢？谢谢 |
