这里澄清几点,首先我从来没把自己当棵葱，公司里的工作对于我来说,主要也就是每俩
星期拿张paycheck,但是我也不想一直原地踏步。
其次我们这个lead position管engineer and technician.我也说了那人作为
technician还是不错的.但是lead的主要职责不是具体做事，是manage people,那个人
在communication方面很有问题,这个不是我一个人的concern,我敢打包票,如果做个民
意调查，一多半人会同意。我说他喜欢说脏话没学历只是说明他素质低,我不觉得他有
能力管理人，别人也不会服气.这些想法不是我一个人一厢情愿的想法,我们组很多人私
下都讨论过谁可能当选，他和另外一个technician是大家一致认为不可能的.
我们头已经跟我做过de-interview(大大头因为这俩星期overseas,所以要回来以后再和
所有人再做一次），说everyone is very impressive（当然老美说话要打折扣，这我

意思就是:哪怕你千好万好,因为你是一中国人,美国人就不鸟你做领导
你要是aggressive被打压的更狠(哪能让中国人压到我们白种美国人头上), 你nice一点那就是没有威严,怎么有资格做领导? 反正左右都上不去,无解.
要改变这种无解的逆境,非得国际来次大事件不可,才可能翻身

绍（多少万读者），国家什么的，这样看起来就很打眼。有几个采访邀请的email，也
做了张表格，这样显得明确，别人是对你感兴趣。有两个视频的采访，其实是很小的拿

意思提。

给USCIS，确认6月2号真的批了（有时候信息是错的）问USCIS是不是AP被退给他们了，
如果他们收到了退件会用Priority Mail重新寄给你的。
网上status都是说批准后30天内收到，我的从来没有超过一个星期（从online status
改成Document Mailed to Applicant算起，从NSC到加州），不管是AP还是EAD。
去local office的那种一般应该有urgent humanitarian needs，比如说亲属病重什么
的。带上申请时用的材料（填好的表，receipt notice，485 receipt什么的），然后
就是证明urgency的材料（比如说翻译过的医生证明什么的）。不过批不批要看local的
officer了，有的比较松，有的就很严。

think.
(My PD is 2010/12, so I hope it is soon).
If you start over, your GC could be delayed by a year, at least.
Most companies start the process at several months after you start (some
even years). From the time your new GC starts, it takes months to advertise
before filing PERM. Now PERM takes 4 to 6 months, 140 also takes several
months.
It is up to you. If you have no urgency for GC, go ahead. Everybody is

I think he meant that now there is no urgency for one to do new PERM with a
new employer all the time unless you are nearing your PD. Earlier on any
every such change as office , employer,etc.. you have to redo GC each time
to hold on to the PD lest 140 should be revoked.. Now it wont be necessary
for PD retention . It wont really help by having another 140 approved ( you
already have first 140 for PD retention) when one is not sure of sticking to
that employer ...

keep you at work longer (not leave your company soon).
For your best interest, you want to get I-140 approval as soon as possible.
But it may be hard for you to argue because you have submitted I-485 with
your spouse and it doesn't seem any urgency to get I-140 through premium

Teaching Chinese is not as easy as people think. For parents who living
