permanently scarred with swastikas on his chest has prompted an outcry for
hate crime laws in the South American country.
Daniel Zamudio, 24, was attacked in Santiago at the weekend by an

指证neglegence,也许有case, 就看在新生儿检测数据未获得的时候， assume normal
是否违背protocol, 如果因为代谢病是极罕见情形，在有medical need,urgency的情况
下assume normal, 是否合服规则。只要规则说不可以，那么黑白分明，这个指控成立
。有证据，有事实。无需推测。
指证ICU主治操控lab程序，cover up after fact, 比较困难。因为要指控intention,
motivation, 这部分就是speculation的成分多。需要足够多evidence, facts，
expert opinion来建立pattern, 法官可以认为beyond reasonable doubt, 有掩盖。
否则，他可以自辩的方法很多，比如，他关注血糖是合理的priority, 后测
acylcarnitine profile没有违规(?)...
