rural和urban能拥有的枪是不是应该不一样？
每支枪是不是应该强制买保险，这样杀人以后会由保险公司来赔偿？
每个买枪的人是不是应该去做精神鉴定？而不是像现在这样只是查一下犯罪记录和精神
记录，而且40％的枪从网上或者gun-show买连这些记录都省了。
一支枪对生命的威胁比一辆车要大很多，所以枪支的管理比车的管理应该更严才是，可
以现在美国的情况是完全反过来的。 |

这就是为什么现阶段中国发展，城市越来越富，而很多农村无法发展
因为城市的发展是建立在农村的牺牲上，比如对农民的重税和政府压低的农产品价格，
都是对城市的补助
所以，城里的人几十年来都是吸农民的血，却不自知，可悲可叹
当然希望也是有的，同样根据这个take off theory,

’s say I made sure the gender, race, age, education, and other demographics
apart from party affiliation were carefully matched to voter norms. Would
