对于平均年龄只有二三十岁的互联网公司来说，大多数人可能还没有考虑过职业危机。
但对大龄人士而言，就职互联网公司确实存在挑战。彭博最近的一篇文章讲述了硅谷的
40岁危机，其中提到，年过四旬后你可能会发现自己在硅谷的求职过程中不再那么顺利
。尽管美国劳动人口的年龄中位数是42岁，但是苹果的雇员年龄中位数只有31岁，谷歌
和特斯拉是30岁，FaceBook和LinkedIn只有29岁。
年轻化所带来的结果就是，年龄稍长的人士如果想要在这些科技公司就职，可能不得不
竭力适应上司比自己年龄小一轮的尴尬。上述文章称，想通过置换行头让自己看起来更
年轻，这招现在在硅谷已经行不通了。他们可能必须做出更大的牺牲才能跟上同事的节

想请教一下这个方向的前景如何？就业呢？在美国的情况是什么样的啊？在国内高校做
这个的好像不是很多，不知道会不会太生僻.
再想问一下，这个老师已经60岁了，phd的导师年纪太大会不会对做学术有影响？一般
感觉跟中年导师做可能会比较有收获。

行的保护环境努力感到满意，其中农村居民的满意度高达80％，城镇居民的满意度则为
74％。
根据这项在2011年对4200名中国成年人进行的调查，77％的中国居民对空气质量感
到满意，而73％的中国居民对水质感到满意。不过，中国城镇居民对空气和水的质量满
意度要明显低于农村居民。城镇居民对空气和水的质量满意度分别为63％和67％，远远
低于农村居民的87％和78％。
该民调还发现，北京、上海和广东这三个中国大城市的居民对环境满意度明显低于
全国平均水平。北京和上海居民对空气质量的满意度均只有46％，广州居民的相关满意
度为49％；广州居民对水质的满意度为61％，北京居民的满意度为60％，而上海居民的
满意度为58％。
