真心在大农村，出了城就是玉米地，这和东岸的情况不一样。
就算这样，UIUC要从中西部其它的地方挖人，那还是很容易的。Urbana-Champaign和
中西部其它的小镇相比，又强得多了。
在芝加哥工作的人，很多人上下班的时间，单程在一个小时以上。每天花两个半小时来
commute的，一点都不稀奇。呵呵，说到大城市开车45分钟太远的人，肯定是没有真
正在大城市工作过。 |

os的还是phd呢。但是看起来我们urbana的房价和消费比los alamos要低很多啊。3－be

Frederick County中国人不是很多。很多中国人住在Montgomery County，包括
Germantown, Boyds, Gaithersburg, Rockville，那边中国店也多，生活会比较方便。
开车到Frederick大概半个小时吧，而且不会堵车。
Urbana是新兴的中国人比较集中的城市，离Frederick大概十分钟，学校也很不错。但
是买菜什么的还是要去Montgomery County。
当然Montgomery County房子最贵，Urbana其次，Frederick最便宜。
所以还要看你自己的选择吧。 |
